Today we are driving the famous Ha Giang Loop in northern Vietnam on my new little Honda motorbike. This is our last day on the loop as we arrive in HA GIANG town itself, and we are certainly leaving the most thrilling and most epic parts until now!

Hi Paddy, loving the series! The drone footage is amazing, could I ask what drone you are using?
Just look at the spectacular limestone mountains! This explained why Vietnam is the one and only country that houses the largest cave in the world-Son Doong Cave. It's no surprise that Howard Limbert still has not finished discovering the cave due to the current, normal air compressors unable to keep the divers safe from diving further into the river inside Son Doong.
This is the right way to tour Vietnam. If you love caves, explore all the caves VN has to offers. They also have the biggest cave in the world, but you have to make a reservation and cost a bit.
Two thing I dislike about your videos:
1. It's too short.
2. Release episodes quicker, the wait is killing me.

VN was underrated for so long . Come once to our country and you will discover stunning gorgeous sceneries which you can`t find anywhere else in the world . On top of that the food is delicious , the people are welcoming and friendly and the cost of travelling is very affordable . Welcome to Vietnam !

Paddy I think you look more happy in Vietnam than in Thailand.
He likes Ha Giang, but he and most people prefer Thailand. Thailand makes it easier on tourism. Plus, Thailand has stunning beaches.
Northern Vietnam is certainly at another level as is the quality of your work. You have learned a lot and come a long way in the last year and a half or so and it shows :) Just when you think you have seen the best nature has to offer in your travels then there's something else. The views, those caves - just WOW. You have the best job in the world and you've earned it. Well done Paddy. Looking forward to seeing you and Gary in Hanoi together shortly. That will be nice for you both to catch up.

The snake is a Moellendorff's Rat Snake or Flower Rat Snake, very beautiful and only found in Northern Vietnam & China. They are completely harmless to humans and non venomous. (in case anyone was worried by it)

Just binged watched all three episodes of the Ha Giang Loop, great being a Paddy Doyle member! Awesome seeing all those backpackers and foreigners. The worlds is finally getting back to normal. That cave was just epic, best not to be claustrophobic! Its a water buffalo party. Great video like always Paddy. Looking forward to more.

if you love exploring caves, you should visit Quang Binh province. Lots of caves are there including the biggest cave in the world

After the intense parts, this is a laid-back episode. That cave has a little spooky vibe for real, especially if you are the only one there. Love the drone footage of the loop - one of very few I see that successfully captured its stunning beauty.
Talking about caves, Phong Nha is the place to go - maybe apart from Son Doong because not many people are able to explore it now. Actually a few kilometers away from Ban Gioc waterfalls, the cave named Nguom Ngao is quite cool too.

Hi Paddy, been following your videos for a while now. I noticed you put something above your dash on super dreamy. As beautiful as it is it impeads our view of whats ahead. It is in the middle of the screen and quite large whenever you are driving. Just wanted to mention as I extremely enjoy watching you drive around these scenic locations but unfortunately that object is quite distracting. Maybe put it on another location of your bike if it means something of importance. Much love from Canada! keep up the amazing content.

Wait until you reach Phong Nha-Ke Bang national park in Quang Binh province ( Central VN ) , you gonna be certainly more amazed by the caves there . Are you going to take the Ho Chi Minh trail to go down south or by the coastal road . Anyhow have a nice and safe trip around Vietnam my friend

When coming to Quang Binh province, there is Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, there is Thien Duong cave which is a very beautiful cave, in addition, there is Soon Dong row which is the largest in the world.

This is a great series Paddy! I never did the Ha Giang Loop this January. I instead opted to go from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, then Ninh Binh, then Hue and finally Hoi An/Da Nang. Its been great to watch this series and see what i missed! Perhaps on another trip i will find the courage to drive the loop
