Hi Paddy….I’ve been watching your videos for over the last year but as an avid fan of Thailand & having lived there in 2021/2022 for seven months I had stumbled on to your videos because of Karl’s Thailand. You were both talking about going to most of the provinces & starting watching your traveling Thailand trip from the beginning. Having said all that I find your approach to making your videos better than most because of your honesty of the places you visit, your honesty with your subscribers & to tell everyone you in a bad mood or expressing mental anguish associated to the stresses of life. You seem like a regular guy that has an irregular job & won’t let any of it go to your head. We’re all big fishes in a little ponds from time to time & you seem like the kind of person that realizes it. Looking forward to watching the rest & maybe I’ll catch up to your next current vlog when you get back from your hiatus. Enjoy the mini vacation from filming & it looked you & your family had a great little trip in Thailand recently.

This was awesome Paddy! I really enjoy the long multi-day format vlogs. This will be another one of your adventures I'll do. I'm still high off the Tu Lan Cave adventure I did a few weeks past. So which climb package did you go with? Also Brother not to scare you but when you're home in BKK for a while please go get checked out for A-FIB, atrial fibrillation. High altitude can trigger it. It probably was only altitude sickness, but it's so cheap to get checked. Might have to wear a heart monitor patch for 10 days. Finding out now while you're young can help stop getting a surprise stroke in your 50's. It happened to me, and I was in great shape, never knew I had a heart condition. I'm all good now, no restrictions but was scary for a year.

Amazing video Paddy!! My Wife and I spent 3 days there back in November last year. it was incredible, such a beautiful place. However, you didn't find the waterfall...... I would highly Recommend booking a tour guide next time as they will take you to the waterfall. We had the same thought of finding it ourselves but decided to book a guide just in case - glad we did, its there somewhere hidden away. The tree house was incredible though, cannot recommend it enough! Lovely hosts too! One day we will go back again, such a beautiful place.

The Philippines is a giant jungle Disney Land for a vacation. You don’t want to live in the Philippines because of the standard Of living compared to Western Europe or Canada and the United States. It’s great to visit for a month, but you don’t want to live in a small country Like the Philippines.

Loved this video. Beautiful footage of Borneo. The trek up that mountain was awesome! Glad you made it up there and back down safely. 13,000 feet is nothing to sneeze at. Would love to try that myself. I hiked Fansipan, Vietnam. That was quite a trek for myself at 60 years old. You’ve come a long way since the Budgeteers. And keep getting better. Just take care of your health mate. And keep going. Like you said. One step at a time.
