I ordered a 2023 1LT expected delivery in May '23 but I'm sure it will be arriving much sooner, love the looks of this car so I'm happy they didn't change its appearance for '23 and the Riverside Metallic Blue is absolutely stunning!

I have a 2006 Malibu LT that I bought new. I refuse to sell the car as it has been incredibly reliable, runs great, and quick with the naturally aspirated V6, and can haul an amazing amount with the rear seats folded down. The 3.5 V6 gets 36+ miles per gallon on the highway. Has only 106k miles...I love my 2006 Malibu!!

When I first started driving my dad bought a 2006 Malibu. We just got rid of it last year, with 230k on the speedometer

My Malibu is an 06 sitting at 189,000 miles. Starts like the first day I bought her. I want a new car but if she works this well why buy a new car. Where I work I hear about ppl locking themselves in there new cars yes I said lock themselves in the car and locking themselves out. Tech seems a bit scary to me 🤷🏽‍♀️. Oh forgot to mention she is a 6cyl. Did fix a small oil leak for around $495 last winter (2021) Oil leak fixed 😁‼️

Needs a refresh. Same since 2016. Not much difference in the brake lights

Any dealer who puts such a gaudy looking badge on the trunk lid should get kicked in the nuts. 3:03

This csr looks exactly like the 2016, very little has changed. At this point, it is pretty damn old. Only Dodge has an older line up.

They should have kept the Cruze.

Had one as a rental. The interior deserves to be put in a Rubbermaid garbage can. The Rubbermaid garbage can is much better plastic. I know of no car with worse interior plastic, not even a my old Neon. Sharp mold flashing was everywhere, So sad. GM just doesn't care, Even the rear view mirror was really sharp plastic. Sorry for the bad review, but it's a bad car. My '14 Accord has 200,000 trouble free miles. I looked at one in 14, I made the correct choice. I also own a '65 Chevy, so I should be a loyal customer, but GM just doesn't care.

The interior description is semi-correct. Fun fact. All that chrome will start to chip after the 5th or 6th year of ownership. Also GM doesn't care for brand loyalty new school or old school.
Source: Owner of said car but 2016+ model with 117K miles.

I had one as a rental as well and fell in love with it, so I ordered new 2023 model, still waiting for it to be shipped, but your probably right about one thing - GM doesn't care otherwise this car would be number one rated across the land if they did. Even as it is tho, I'll still take it over any import sedan with its stylish looks and interior dash style. One thing I just can't accept that most imports have is the monitor display arranged as if it was an add on, this one has a built in monitor as part of the dash. Anyways, can hardly wait its arrival.

@@2fast4all did you ever bother to polish the chrome? Chrome that's never polished will pit and crack

You're making me dizzy going forward and back and going forward and back again showing the exterior. I lost count. It's really annoying. Suggestion: Hold you shot (position) for at least a few seconds so the viewer can see the detail and appreciate it. Otherwise, a nice review.
