My Sons 2011 f-150 Lariat has two actuators a MODE actuator (ie low medium high vents ) and a BLEND actuator ( temperature mix from heat/ac sources ) The MODE actuator near the accelerator is what you replaced , the Blend actuator is a bit more of a PITA well behind the radio higher and to the passenger a bit this is a bigger job to fix Console and glovebox disassembely. There are a few good videos that show the process. If you still have no heat it is likley the BLEND actuator that is malfunctioning ... Or BOTH were worn out ... Here hoping you have the MODE actuator that he shows or some trucks have only one so maybe that is the source for name confusion ...
