I just love how he just got straight into the video instead of talking unwanted things for 10 mins like other youtubers. Even the diet is so balanced and practical. Being a South Indian, it is often hard to pass through a day where you can't eat rice but this diet is awesome as it understands the natural Indian food needs. Also the other youtubers show soups of weird combinations and items i have never ate before but this is so simple yet effective. Thank you so much for your wonderful work❤️
