if you dont like to eat oats, make a smoothie with oats,whey protein,banana, Peanut butter. you can add cinnamon powder or cocoa powder for taste and coffee powder is also good.

A human body can absorb 25 to 32 gm of protien a the time..if its consume more it dosent go tru ur muscle it will wash out frm ur body to toilet if its consume exceed..its better to consume next meal after 3 hrs if its by food and if its by whey..protien powder shld consume after 1 hr aftr the protien is digest
