Very helpful! Thank you! Can't wait to go to Austria!
This video reminded me of my time in Bavaria. Many of the greetings where I lived (Stadt Memmingen) were the same: Gruss Gott, Servus! Des gfoid ma! usw. When I first arrived there, I had to forget or rather "adjust" the High School German I learned and add new words to my vocabulary. I used to visit Bregenz frequently on the weekends and also enjoyed glacier skiing. Ich liebe Oesterreich!! Hoffentlich komme ich wieder bald zuerueck.
Awesome :-) yes, bavarian and austrian german are really similar
goodness me, what has happened to our good old "Leberkaas?" ;) Und bei "Backhenderl" hör i ollaweu "Bockhendl" ;) d'ehre, oida!
Thanks man it helps a lotttt❤❤❤❤.
for what do you need it? just out of curiosity :)
Passt.
5 years too late.
a Dialect is not a language so don't call Austrian German
Hä? Spinnst du oida?
There is also an Austrian standard German.
Very ignorant comment.
