    Thank you, beautiful surrounding.And practice also beautiful. Helpful with blocks, only sfinx was to hard for me with blocks.

      Glad you enjoyed it, An. Yes that version of sphinx is more effective for sone people but is not for everyone.

    I love this sequence and appreciate your instructions on how to use blocks to maximize benefits of each pose. I like swan and I'm curious about benefits of swan vs. pigeon; they're similar but swan seems less intense. Lovely river scenery and sounds. Thank you!

      HI TubeLiss, Glad to hear you enjoyed this - Swan and Pigeon are really the same pose, but with different approaches to alignment. The Yin approach to Swan pose is less rigid, allowing a more variety of foot, hip and torso positions - which makes the pose more effective for many people. Pigeon is usually done with more exact alignment angles - could also be considered just *one* of the many alignment choices of swan.
