      Yoga has been helping me with my depression. I'm finally out of the house and able to feel more comfortable going outside. I started taking boxing classes (super empowering). How about yoga for boxers (or martial arts)?

      Yoga With Adriene I'm in Scotland so no surfing here but tried the practise I've been doing yoga with you for a long time now but this is the first I struggled to keep up so I'll keep at it and keep up with the movement next time I hope.     Day 365 of daily yoga brings my first ever yoga year to an end. I started yoga as a response to being stuck at home and needing to rebalance my body after getting both dengue and shingles at the start of the first lockdown. Your channel has been a huge part of my life as I made the changes that I needed to - giving up meat, losing 17 kilos, moving from the big city to a forest in Patagonia. Your videos are amazing and I love the calendars as it takes the decision making process out of the equation. If I had to decide which video to do, I know I would have never have stuck to a daily practice. You do a great job, Adriene, so thank you.

    I am so thankful for all the yoga sessions you have composed and posted for free. I would never work myself so hard if I were just doing yoga alone, but then I wouldn't get stronger. I love the monthly calendars-- saves time on making a decision about which session to choose.

    Delight Day 22: I finally bought yoga blocks because I need the extra support and WOW it changed my entire perspective on yoga and important it is to have that extra support. I will definitely be using yoga blocks in my daily practice. Namaste 🙏🏽

    Much more fluid than the last time I encountered this sequence in May 31, 2021. I did have to pause briefly at 15 minutes given the heat and then was surprised that an extended child's pose was next. Spark day 18. 652 days in a row.

    I'm not a surfer, not at all, but I did this because it was on the May calendar, May 31, and I'm so pleased to have discovered it. Great stretching and strengthening and a perfect pace.. Thank-you Adriene.

    Back to my daily routine drinking class of water when I wake up. This practise has a nice balance between strenght and strech. I feel good afterwards. Threading the needle feels so good. There was time when I didn't feel the strech but now when I remember to stack the elbow with the shoulders makes the big difference, smoothly opening the back and shoulders.     I chose this practice today, as I have done almost all Adriene's videos again and again and I wanted to try something new. I am not a surfer but I thought, ok let's give it a go. The effect it had on me was so wonderful and different from all the practices I have been repeating! It was so deep, strengthening and caming at the same time. Thank you so much Adriene, you are an angel and you have definitely changed my life❤

    I'm totally supportive of yoga, especially if any viewers planning to take a lesson. Wipeouts can put unaccustomed bodies into unexpected positions. A beginner student ended up with spinal cord impingement on Hawaiian honeymoon. This dad to be is now paralyzed. (I hope he recovers).

    Have a funny story to share about today’s practice which I just have to share! I decided to do my yoga outside today as it has been very warm and the house was too warm for me to do the practice. Just as I came out of shavasana at the end of the practice I saw my neighbours cat at the end of my mat! I almost screamed in shock as I opened my eyes but it was a lovely surprise to finish off today’s practice!

    It was very yummy. I'd like to go back to it another time. It was powerful and contained some nice spacious stretches. In the pigeon's pose, I had some troubles keeping my upper body completely straight. I still have some room to improve. I'm glad that I did it completely and finished it.

    This woman is a catch. She's a talented yoga teacher, hilarious, from what I understand a theater buff, and loves her dog so much. If she isn't still dating the person who gave her Benji then she deserves someone equal to her!! Love this yoga practice. It's part of the July Shift series I am doing and I love how it breaks me out of my shell to do practices I wouldn't choose for myself. Love you, Adriene!!

    I had to swap Trust’s final practice today, family health stress too much. I think this practice is for us Laura when nothing else will do .... Revolution Day - 22 - Gentle Practice. This was total stress therapy for me, kind and gentle so needed today, 22 minutes, no robots, just peace😌 🙏💕

    A remember first time trying Yoga with Adriene. A was literally forcing myself to calm down so I can practice. Now, any time I NEED to calm down I just start doing Yoga. And it's a miracle how quickly my heart rhythm goes slow and my mind is just an ocean of breath.

    I love these longer videos! Loving this month's calendar, I feel like it has really made me start to see yoga as a treat rather than a task. I'm even finding myself doing two videos a day - one in the morning and one before bed

    This is definitely one of my favourite practices, Adriene! Very calming and at the same time strengthening. I'm digging this month's catch a wave - theme and I'm implementing it in my everyday life more than ever.     “Riding the Wave”was my school motto this year of 2020/21. It has been really a challenging year for me, first teaching on Zoom then going to in person classroom with TK and K wearing masks and keeping 6 feet apart. It was hard for 4, 5 and 6 years old kids to do that, but they are more resilient than we think. And, as we finish this month of May and the school year, there was not a better practice to do right now! It was refreshing, renewing and a little push to keep me going this week. Today is my 151 day practicing you with you Adriene! Thank you for this! Truly. Thank you! Namaste.

    All these pigeon poses are really challenging me when Adriene says "soften the skin of the face". I feel like I would be looking quite tense at times.

    I swear my mat felt sandy this morning, which is a little spooky since I'm in Kansas. Day 510 of the current run. I've made a lot of progress with the leg bind in pigeon, and was able to easily grab the leg on both sides. Still a fair bit to go before elbow-locking them, but progress!

    Hi , great hatha yoga practices ... love your videos. I want to say something to everyone ... Namaste is a yoga in itself.. when u say it to someone or something (yes you can say it to things as well) .. put ur palms together .. in front of ur chest ... touching ur chest ..gently close your eyes ..and feel you r in harmony to that person or body.. this is the most simplest form of yoga .. try it everyday hopefully it will help you in your journey.

    Adriene! I've found so many uses for your videos that theyve become a go-to for many scenarios! I'd love to see a Yoga for Hikers video for the day after a taxing long distance day hike!

    For most of this practice we were on our surf boards, so easy to imagine ! Feeling the benefit for balance and strength. Proud to achieve balance for a few seconds, hands on calf ( never my good point) in that one legged pose, both sides ! Wow, I feel the tingle today ! Some lovely new moves in this practice, the half hour zipped by. I love that super stretchy child’s pose, so therapeutic, thanks for the fun Adriene 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️👍🏻😊🙏💞

    I had been in Ireland for about a week so it's very very hilly and I was walking like 4-6 miles daily. Before my trip, I was doing yoga about 3-4 times a week, but I was so busy during my week abroad, I wasn't doing much yoga. My feet were so tired and achy and I just realized how stiff and tense my body was doing my first practice back in the States. My feet feel so happy now and I feel so cozy. I love these videos!

Of course must confess, times I missed a day or two occasionally and paid the penalty by doubling up my practice, it is slow but steady progress.     That was real good, did find it challenging the King Pidgin, I seem to not have the front of my thigh flush to the mat and struggle to align my front leg along the midline, it is my rigidity that restricts me, hence I need to gain more flexibility with practice ❤️ I believe there is hope in achieving my full potential with total commitment and time 🙏Thank you Adriene with your coaching everything is possible, if we give of ourselves completely ❤️much love and gratitude🧘🏽‍♂️ Namaste🥰 It is a Blessing being a Mum and Grandma, but you pay the price when you take time out with our Precious Family, missing out on practices and having to play catch up 🥰I just thank God 🙏 for my Precious Beautiful Family❤️
