I'm more doubtful of story 2. That sounds like a "women be hoes" rage bait story, especially since the loving dad never mentions his children in relation to the divorce.

Story 1: It’s actually nice to read a story where the person being abused not only stands up for themselves, but doesn’t feel the need to ask if they’re in the wrong.

I don't mind the question, as empathy can make the right decision feel wrong... like you save 9/10 kids from a burning building and feel guilt for letting the 10th die.
Though the funny thing is that OP could have a titanium spine (one her dad needs to obtain)... she can still afford the mortgage... so she can totally talk with the bank and assume the mortgage for the same deal she offered her father.... only without the freeloaders. She can then move in, or lease it temporarily while she runs out her own lease. Don't tell her folks, but let them find out organically in 2-3 years by in-laws... enough time to add security and cameras to the home.

Personally the family sound horrible to me, both parents letting their youngest daughter do what she wants, even scaring their grandchild, going alone with her and they have the nerve after all the suffering they caused to ask for money but still won't do the right thing and kick the bully out.

Story 1: "Eva" needs to be removed from society and lose custody of her child. If she is that willing to abuse another person's child, she will do it to her own. The fact she can intimidate her own parents that easily proves that "Eva" is a violent narcissistic sociopath, and the fact that they excuse her behavior still and sacrificed their home after they found out she lied about everything is just horrible. The OP is not vindictive, rather she is letting them live with the consequences of their actions. Finding out that her husband kicked her out and, at 29, saw no reason to work and help out is the worst level of entitlement. She let her parents lose their house, and that will not only follow them, but will follow her as well.
One day she'll do it to the wrong person, they'll turn around and deck her.

She existed and wasn't the golden child, simple as that. In order to sustain the golden child dynamics, a scapegoat child is necessary: someone to be neglected and mistreated, take all the blame for everything and be a doormat/support system when needed.
As we can see, the moment the scapegoat child left the system, it fell apart.

They are not idiots they made a monster and now they live in fear of it. OPs sister is physically stronger then both her and the parents. What has made this worse is the fact that she knows it and uses threats and intimidation against them. The issue is that while OP has grown a spine and escaped that horror the parents won't cut ties due to the fear for the new-born.
Their issue is complex. Firstly they cannot admit to OP because they are afraid that she too might turn out like monster sibling. This is an irrational fear born from prior experience. If they admitted this to OP they would have had the support to get out from under the bitch sister's thumb. But their actions when OP was kicked out was much like an abuse victim when their abuser is on the rampage. They hide until it is over for fear of being the next victim.
The second issue is the life of the new born. There is a high probably that the sister will use the life of the child as a bargaining chip. Even if it isn't a serious threat the sister will couch all her problems in what is best for the baby. If seriously threatened she might even use the baby as a hostage. In any case the child will not be growing up in a stable environment. The incident with OP's daughter is a clear sign for the future of that kid.
Their last issue is the most important. Blame. They blame OP for the situation they are in and not their own actions. The demon sister learned from bullying her older sister that she could bully their parents as well. And since they didn't nip the problem in the bud is has grown into a horror they have to deal with. Now they are dealing with Stockholm's as they fear for what will happen if they piss off their demon kid. All the while blaming the first daughter for not fixing their problem and their bad parenting.
Story 1, the manager made a brilliant advice to make a deal with the parents, if not parents would have guilt tripped her to heaven for not helping them.
I can only imagine how OP's male parent broke the news to his wife and Eva. They both probably flipped out and refused to accept the conditions. And the male parent is too prideful to tell OP so.
Also, with Story #2, you would think that the prenuptial agreement would curb any temptations of infidelity on the ex-wife's part if not love. But I guess an in the moment thrill can blind logic. She sure had the wind taken out of her sails when OP reminded her of it, too!
Sounds like OP's STBX in story 2 forgot about that lil prenup... that or she never thought he'd actually use it. Then again, I don't exactly think the highest of cheaters or their intelligence, so...

You can tell the parents favorite is OP's sister because they helped her when she was pregnant, they didn't charge her for rent and let her kick out the person paying rent with a care in the world. I can relate to her as I have a narcissistic brother and my parents and grandmother favored him after every bizarre thing only my father supported me after his death my grandmother realized how this affected me and my mother and brother made it their mission to ruin me I am coping with that without any support
