Parents are required by law to look after their kids till their of legal age (often 18 although some countries differ) so they can't charge you for things like school, food, rent, clothes etc, annoys me when parents favour one child and expect the other one to pay for everything even though they are still minors

In that case the parents could do whatever they wanted with the money and following the will would be their prerogative, but with a published written will obviously if any party on the will wasn't given their dues they could sue if they wanted. The parents most likely figured they could just take the money and ignore the fact 75K was supposed to go to their daughter because she was 17 or 18 or whatever and naive and they thought they could take advantage of her. 100% they betted she'd just go with it and not hire a lawyer or anything

Basically, the OP lives in a state where it is legal to record a conversation without the consent of the other person. So OP has been collecting evidence of times where the manager has been forcing his workers to do shady and illegal deals and basically screwing over the customer for the sake of higher profits out of pure greed. When OP is fired for refusing to do a shady deal with a big client, the OP submits all his evidence to the Vice President of the company. The Vice President of the company fires the management and OP ends up being reinstated as an employee so can work for the company again. OP ends up interviewing and getting promoted to the role of manager, basically replacing the guy who got fired.

Parents of a golden child are massive FAILURES. Why? Because part of being a parent is teaching your kids right from wrong and not always giving in to their demands. And parents of a golden child refuse to do that to their golden child. And the golden child usually ends up doing something illegal because they think they can get away with it. But then both reality and karma strike and they are shown, the hard way, that their actions can have consequences.

This acctualy seens a reasonable thing to do as long as you are acctualy passing down only what Is In good condition and replaces what Is not.
Most humans In history lived under similar conditions, heck my own family situation In relation to cloaths was much like this and now that I am a addult I have also inherited more recent cloaths from my grandparents and my dad.

@@alyssaneff213my mum used to make clothes all the time. Knitting, crochet, and dressmaking. She had this weird thing where she used to make clothes far too big for me. She made me a knitted vest top in preschool that was enormous on me. I could wear it as a teenager, and it wasn't tight, there was still room.
She always used to say it was because I would grow into it. But she was weirded out when I wore the vest top as a teenager because she'd intended it for me as a young child.
I would want a fitted jumper, and she'd make it baggy.
Her comments about how I would soon grow into it we're often really hurtful and messed with my self image.
When I was about 12 or 13 she was making me a dress and a jacket. I accompanied her to her tailoring lesson. Her teacher corrected everything she had done, making it all fit properly.
My mum was desperately saying "but she'll grow into it!" Her teacher told her no, she needed to make it fit me properly.
      That helped my self-esteem.
I'm not bitter about my childhood any more, and I have a good relationship with my parents that means a lot to me. But I will never forget the negative experiences. I had an elder brother I was compared to, and was shouted at every day for minor things.
In this case, because the older sister was favoured so much, the parents, particularly the mother, clearly didn't care about things like this. If she was much smaller than her sister she might have needed to wear belts to make jeans fit, and tops would be too large. There might not have been an huge difference in size. But if there was, the parents didn't care.
It's a small thing in the scheme of the neglect, and at worst abuse. But it shows to you that you don't matter. It affects you.

Probably the lawyer considered it part of his duties as the executor of the will, Gramps would almost definitely have explained at least part of the situation to the lawyer when drafting the will, and I think lawyers get some compensation from the state if they privately take up a criminal case, which defrauding an estate for a felony amount would deffo qualify as.
