How many back workouts per week and how many rounds for beginners
What resistance are you using for the band workout? Typical green?
If I'm looking for strength and adding muscle. Would Clang N Bang be the best choice for me if I'm buying the program A La Carte for now?
If I don't have a DB to do reverse fly, can I sub with something else? I have one of those cable machines here

Blue plates = 20kg, green = 10kg and white I thinks it’s 5kg
How do you mix this with pull ups?
