Edits are good but thank you for doing this in real time. Real time shows how to do the exercise correctly. Also, appreciate the options on weights and equipment cause I do not have rings.

Question: what are some good exercises that work the abs well, but aren't crunches & leg lifts? I hate "ab specific" stuff, but would love to incorporate other moves that simultaneously work the core.

Just did this workout it was killer! Used 55lbs bar for curls, strict ring dips and 95lbs front squat all for 10 rounds. Thanks Dan!

What tempo work can I do besides dips to build a strict muscle up?
You can still do dips, just put a band underneath your legs to help support the weight
