    Workout:
    10 Rounds:
    3-3-3 Tempo Ring Dips, Tempo Front Squat, Tempo Curls
    immediately into:
    6-6-6 Ring Dips, Front Squat, Curls
    1 min rest between rounds

    Just did this workout it was killer! Used 55lbs bar for curls, strict ring dips and 95lbs front squat all for 10 rounds. Thanks Dan!

    Loved how you added a full un cut round. Thank you! (Last clang and bang I didn’t fully understand)
    Would still like it written in a chalkboard or ok screw while you describe it. Old CrossFit habits I guess :-)

    Edits are good but thank you for doing this in real time. Real time shows how to do the exercise correctly. Also, appreciate the options on weights and equipment cause I do not have rings.

      Love the video Dan. I am just starting out training this way and incorporating crossfit workouts in to my schedule. If I train 3 or 4 times a week, how is best to structure my training or what is best way to learn about putting a workout programme together for a beginner? Thank you👍.

    I'm gonna try this when.....my rig comes and then my rings until then will adjust and do tricep dips

    Question: what are some good exercises that work the abs well, but aren't crunches & leg lifts? I hate "ab specific" stuff, but would love to incorporate other moves that simultaneously work the core.

    Dan can you help me here ? Im a little confused. is 1 round equal to 3+3+3 and then 6+6+6, OR is this actually 2 seperate rounds? I aks as the video shows the title 'full 2 rounds' yet you do 3+3+3 & 6+6+6 and then thats it, so thats why I have to ask. can you please clear this for me. thank you

      You can still do dips, just put a band underneath your legs to help support the weight
