1. Eat diverse foods
2. Have minimum 12 hour gap between for last meal and first meal of next day.
3. Give rest to gut ,avoid snacking. Have 3-4 hour gap between 2 meals in a day.
4. Avoid sugar ,processed food. More colors ypu eat ,stronger ypur gut will be.
