Mental stress can be handled very easily.. It depends on you , what's is difficult is to handle life when body doesn't supports.. If you have a good body , be very very happy
I start exercise then always stop ,I have a problem to be consistent , something I have to work on , I have a belly to get rid off and I was losing it when doing regular yoga , then I stopped , and now put on back weight , yr words makes sense thank you for the incentive .

I feel Following our Heart means following the Intuitive feelings which always guides us rightly, its completely different from the compulsive or heavy reactive emotions.
When do we take rest. What if our mind and body is exhausted and actually is asking for a break. How do we differentiate between wanting a break and being lazy
