It works wonders to help your body understand that you dont need food all the time, you dont need spices all the time. You fast for 2 days and the third day, even a bowl of sprouts and some nuts will suffice for the entire day.

My notes : Weight loss is about communication between cells. Hormones and cells communicate with each other. If you have wrong layer of fat, that communication is disrupted. What is permanent solution - everything of good health starts with good cell. Help body to detoxify. Elimination of toxins from human body is best way. Even if you eat one meal outside(restaurant) in a week, that will still not good. Reduce the toxic burden. Everything is about cellular health. People are malnourished at cellular health. Get rid of wrong food. Right diet is eating right fats. If we don't have the right fats, your hormones will be imbalanced. Stress is not good either. Our levels of cortisol is high. So, fat burning switch is off. Eat diet that is enhanced with smart nutrition. Don't live in fear.
