Hope the floor joists don't collapse from the sheer weight of all my books and (and all the ones I simply must have). And Mr .Kevin's tome sure looks weighty (in the several senses!). If the reading experience proves half as stimulating as ya'lls conversation, then I shall have had a stupendous deal. I'll be writing you soon. I fully intend to steal Kevin's most arresting phrase, ''the nobility of contradictions '' (which has a Walt Whitman genealogy, I suspect). Metta!

Hi you are the best!! i wonder if i can get unswear here..is there a way to isolate and use only ibo? I have cfs and it makes me sleepy..taking in the morning 0.2,starting to feel effect of energy after 14 hours..when i want to sleep. is there away to help it observe faster so i can have energy in the day?I tried dry and soaked and cooked with lian's mane+turmeric +honey+b complex-all same results-very sleepy Thanks allot!!

@@AmanitaDreamer thanks love ,in the vid-"Cold Water Extraction (Ibotenic Acid)" you show that u are taking off the powder under the cap and souking only the thin cap ..is that the way ? since in the other vid, you show that you have the powder soucked for morning use for energy and for tincture so i am not sure what parts is important. i have chronic fatigue syndrome i need energy in the day..is there away to find how to make it absorption faster in the morning? i tried tea in the night and it disturb my sleep and not affected in the morning as i thought it will, after 14 hours (thats how its influence me if i use in the morning) wil be glad to have privet zoom with you after i have all my trying...♠

Talk to your elders, they are a book unto themselves, I never understood what my father answered meant, when I asked him why he squeezed the salad he would say to get the water out to use with the vinegar and oil to make the salad dressing.
Next book I want is the how and why book.
