    I'm sitting on a kilo (legal in the US) of panther powder right now and I take it for 3 days then give it a rest for 3 days for my overall mental happiness. Been doing that for years. Sometimes I go MONTHS without taking it because I don't need it. Amanita Muscaria, Regalis and Pantherina is earth's medicine.

  • @shinebassist
    @shinebassist 4 ปีที่แล้ว +146

    Amanita Pantherina is not poisonous, no more than the mild neurotoxicity of ibutonic acid anyway. Chemically it's almost the same as muscaria, and can be used in a similar manner, with a slightly different effect. It's not productive to lie to or misinform people in an educational setting, even if your intent is positive. If someone who did your course we're to come across the real information, it would, most likely, cause them to doubt or disbelieve all the useful information you have given them.

    • @shinebassist

      In certain parts of Europe Muscaria is parboiled and eaten as food.

    • @josephfarr9128
      @josephfarr9128 3 ปีที่แล้ว +15

      @@shinebassist the parboiling is remove toxins, which medically speaking include hallucinogenic compounds, so yes it is poisonous. I understand where you’re coming from but this is a commercial channel and therefore has to avoid in any way promoting the consumption of hallucinogenic or they could face demonetization which could be incredibly damaging to their business. It is likely the same reason that the video on Amanita Muscaria also described them as poisonous and also probably why we have yet to see the channel cover Psilocybin mushrooms.

      oh and theres no muscarine in pantherina compared to muscaria, so it could be considered a safer option. whats in these mushrooms were so sought after that they not only ate the mushroom, but also had other people drink their piss after they ate the mushroom, to experience their effects too.

    It is very important to know every Pantherina can have up to (10 TIMES) the potency of Amanita Musceria. I did 6 grams of dried pantherina roughly (1 cap and a quarter) in 200 ml of boiled water using lemon tek. 1/2 lemon letting it sit in mason jar with lid on it for 45 min. before drinking. It was the most terrifying, beautiful, soul cleansing, embarrassing, and profoundly spiritual experience I have ever had. I will never do this amount again, but I am so glad I did it once. I do not recommend anyone try this amount, it was traumatizingly frightening and beautiful all at the same time. Very hard to put in words. For anyone thinking about consuming this mushroom it is nothing like the Amanita Musceria. Trust me be very very careful and do not start with anything bigger than a fingernail size piece.

    Hello. I found some of these pantherias (or possibly regalis) by where I live in Washington state. I baked and ate around 4-6 mushrooms and I would say the effects are similar to that of the Fly Amanita. A good concentrated high, but still I felt a lingering of the neurotoxin which was greatly deminished by baking the mushrooms first. Fly Amanita and Amanita Pantheria/Regalis(?) will all have similar psychoactive and toxic effects. One isn't more dangerous than the other.
    Also refrain from boiling amanitas as that cooks out the psychoactive muscimol. Bake them.

    Marlow, it would be helpful if you use the word "genus" when you mean genus, and "family" when you mean family, to save our confusion. It's not a big deal. You're just teaching the public a new word. And they can use it to their advantage for future knowledge.

    It's not one of the most poisonous mushrooms. When I used to look for Amanitas I always preferred panther caps over fly agaric because the former contains the same chemicals, but in much higher amounts. It's the ibotenic acid that gets you sick, but you can easily get rid of it by either boiling the caps (not the stems) or sun-drying them. The ibotenic acid converts to muscimol by doing the latter. That's the stuff you want. I've gathered many panthers in the 80s and early 90s. The panther does resemble the deadly death cap though since the coloration can be similar. The best way to tell them apart is to look under the cap"s volva. With the deadly species it's jagged. But with panthers it's smooth. I'm still here to tell the tale. I have also used psilocybin mushrooms too. For me personally I think panthers produce exhilarating effects and I think they're very similar to psilocybin mushrooms.
