    Thank you for sharing! I am having trouble sourcing Croda products in Australia. I contacted them but they didn’t even bother answering me. Can I ask where you get your Croda products? Thank you

    Hi Belinda!
    Can I use Siligel , not amigel?
    Thank you!

    • @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401
      @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Siligel has xanthan gum present, which carries a negative charge and may not be compatible with every type of condition. It also needs high shear processing at the start/when added. Amigel, being sclerotium gum, is non-ionic and therefore highly unlikely to react with other ingredients you may want to add, meaning you have a very robust and ‘flexible’ formulation chassis to start from compared to using a material with charge present.

    How is cutipure as opposed to cutibiome?

    • @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401
      @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi!
      They are both great for acne/problem skin types; I used the cutibiome because it has the microbiome balancing effect as well. Both are great as ‘work horses’ for acne skin types.
      Happy formulating!

    I appreciate all your videos but the problem why I don't come here so often is because of the ingredients that you use.
    These are ingredients that are hard to source so I fins that I am just here for the knowledge and not to try things out which really puts me off.

      There are a few ways to broaden your searches for raw materials:
      • Visit our global suppliers page: createcosmeticformulas.com/IngredientSuppliers/cosmeticingredientsuppliers-897/
      • Join our Cosmetic Raw Materials for Small Brands facebook group: facebook.com/groups/1734896293290235/ here you can split packs with others to access materials from large suppliers
      When you are a student with us, you also get access to our raw material database, which has 1000’s of raw material details in it, along with supplier details - so you can access this info, get in touch with suppliers and ask for samples (they will provide our students samples) and/or seek minimum pack sizes (or consider purchasing and splitting packs on the Small Brands facebook group above). I loved this so much! I've been trying to find for a video similar to yours that informs the topics in this vid! 👌 🩺Your video reminds me of the videos of Dr Ethan. Dr's explanations are totally insightful and I actually learned a lot for exams. He is the most knowledgable health enthusiast in the UK and he explains vaccines and health.
    You should really check out his TH-cam out and give the doc a like! 👉 #DoctorEthanTH-cam
