    Thank you for the informative video! I have a question. What you said about the efficacy still being there in wash off products. Does this also apply to ceramides in face washes?

    • @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401
      @theinstituteofpersonalcare6401  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not normally - ceramides are more of a ‘must leave on for benefits’ type of material - always looks for the efficacy data to determine if a material is still efficacious after wash off. You can learn more about making correct active ingredient selections by studying our Certificate in Advanced Cosmetic Science: personalcarescience.com.au/CosmeticScience/CertificateinAdvancedCosmeticScience-478/

    what a great video.informative.i really need your advice since i can't find anything on my issue on the internet. i started using a face cream that contains marine collagen, munapsys, niacinamide. I've used it twice, and for some reason my face breaks out in a sweat. i have extremely dry skin generally and extremely sensitive and combo. why am i sweating from it? it is too high the actives maybe?

      without knowing the full formula and method, i can only assume that it sounds like there may be too much occlusive ingredients in the cream for your skin. thank you for your reply. im looking at the full diploma course, i have all the ingredients already in the kit that's required. I just want to be clear that Caprylic/capric triglyceride is fractionated coconut oil. as our supplier here states that that's the incident for fractionated coconut oil. and i have the raw powder form of EDTA, and not the solution of it. would this be ok to primo to purchasing the full diploma course? and last question, if i purchase it now, i don't need to start the same day, i can start monday for example? are there set days to start? thank you

    Do you have any information about hyaluronic acid?! Some say it works well as long as other humectants and moisture is added to the skin, and others say it doesn’t work unless you are in very humid environment. What do you say about it? Thank you
