Made it back for the sunset practice! It’s always a goal, but your invitation made it happen! I definitely noticed more ease the second time around. This morning, the bow and arrow arm stretches were awkward, but came naturally this evening. Thank you, so much more relaxed for family time tonight.
@Terra-onthemountaindreaming I would agree, the twist does feel a bit awkward since it's mostly for the upper back but beneficial. Enjoy the family time 😊🙏🏽

Thank you Shaunneka, I have been juicing the fruit I buy either at the farmers market or Aldi, Ice in almost everything! it has been fun to experiment with different fruit combos. I really loved this practice, I added the shake at the end which is always wonderful to bring my awareness to the body.I have to stay limber. I am enjoying foraging, I am meeting more foraging buddies which is fun.

I love anything for the back of course and particularly love the pose leaning over one leg and then rising up on the knee for a total side/back/inner thigh stretch. This was really sweet for my back. I loved the stretching hands back and forth💙 It's winter here, and after a couple of weeks recovering from flu i decided to spice up my workout routine😄 so im doing less weights and more cardio & resistance, I even started liking burpees😂 also started learning a new flamenco coreo this month💃 thank you for this sunrise to sunset treat!
I did it early this morning before work and it felt differently. I could barely bend sideways because of my tight psoas and ribs, especially on the left side. It's not necessarily linked to Summer but I added mobility exercises to my routine. Edit: Sunrise 🌅 to Sunset 🌇. The practice felt slightly easier than this morning except for the folding over the leg during the half straddle. Tight side body.
I am so excited for this summer series! I did it this evening, but will enjoy the rest of the series as “sunrise and sunset”. My back has been tight so this was perfect! I did this in the back of my SUV with modifications while traveling do you have anything else we could do in the car I noticed I could put my arm behind myself and my seat and it helped me stretch my shoulder
I ended up doing this is the evening a few days ago, and then I just repeated it this morning. I can see what you mean about the benefit of repetition.
