Its interesting how the format of CoG has changed since the early movie episodes like this- this is basically just a quick synopsis of the plot of the movie with commentary (still very funny) and the newer ones have more BTS stuff, budget/box office, general trivia, impact on the industry, etc.
I was going to say, considering all the real world stories of much smaller people lifting incredibly heavy objects to save loved ones during an adrenaline rush, seeing a 7+ foot career soldier lifting a slab of rock that maybe weighed 300-400 pounds doesn't even sound superhuman, it sounds like the minimum expectation of his job requirement. John Henry Irons was my favorite of the “Supermen” from the Reign of Supermen saga. Hell I liked him more than than post coma mullet sporting black cat suit wearing Superman. But boy was 14 year old me disappointed when I finally convinced mom and dad to rent this disasterpiece.
I liked Steel too. I also liked that guy who went around wearing the Superman t-shirt, and giving sandwiches to homeless people after Supes died. I like the everyday hero types.
The most unrealistic part of this movie is that a 7'3 500 lb black guy can destroy a public phone in Los Angeles in the 1990s and not get immediately shot.

Related but in a different way: my Dad is Canadian and tried to join the Air Force as a fighter pilot when he was a young man but was denied because he was 6'3" but only weighed like, 130lbs, so he was deemed too lightweight for his height bracket to qualify. He could have been a pilot for a transport plane or something but he wasn't about that life, so instead he applied to work on planes for Boeing and did that for 5 years.
That part where he missed the shot reminds heavily of the justice league cartoon where there's funk music playing in the background John Stewart passes by a basketball court and a kid asks him to pass the ball, so he attempts to throw it through the hoop and misses.
I loved this so much it's a really good idea, and you should definitely do more and put them on TH-cam. Also maybe you could do one for The Phantom? it's hilariously bad, but also kind of charming.

The hammer has a switch on it to make it return to Steel but the switch is on the hammer... The hammer you have to be holding to operate the switch... I'm not sure but I have a feeling there's a flaw in its design somewhere
Fun fact: you can’t legally enlist in the army if you’re over 6’8” (I’m assuming for logistical reasons. If you’re over 2 meters tall, you’re officially a liability or something), so Shaq couldn’t have been in the army. Continuity is broken.
