      Love her rhythm! But hated the ads in the middle of the practice. I don't mind them before and after, but in the middle was jarring.

    That was the perfect video for tonight. I work in a group home and sometimes it's hard to just get home, turn the mind off and go to sleep. Great yoga lesson as always Jen.

      After 3 months of 3-4 hours of sleep every night, and a few nights with no sleep at all, and right after trying several different medications, I finally stumbled upon this sleep plan *4InsomniaCure. Of all of treatments I have used, this is the one that effectively broke the cycle of my own sleeping disorders.
