    One thing that you do particularly well is call out instructions that you can follow without looking...a huge benefit when you're trying to follow along with a video. It's very frustrating when you constantly have to "break your asana" to see what's happening...so thank you for your clarity. ;)

    Jen you are my favorite instructor and I love all your sessions!! I do one of your videos every day, and on my cardio rest days I do two. I used to have bad knees and a constantly sore shoulder but not anymore! Thank you so so much!!

    Thank you so much for this video! For a few months my back was in total agony every day I woke up. Been doing this routine almost every day for a couple of weeks and the pain is almost completely gone.

    Hi Jen, just found you whilst looking for low back pain yoga stretches, you do a short sequence on hip openers culminating in pigeon. I love this sequence and my low back and hips feel really relaxed after Thank you ❤ But my problem is my bent leg won't stay at a right angle, as soon as I push my straight leg back and push my hips forward the bent leg bends. I have osteoarthritis in my knees is this a problem for me to continue with this stretch? I'm going to look at more of your videos as I like the slow flow, it suits my body , Thank you again ❤

    I have to do yoga every night before bed since watching. I had chronic insomnia and you have helped me so much. A question - is it better to do yoga after a little movement to warm up muscles or is that not necessary? Thanks

    Yoga really helps when stressed out or in pain.

    Edit: But some moves in this video is to advanced for me.. I might like another video more. Will remember those stretches as long as i live. Keep it up!
