    Anyone complaining it’s not suitable for seniors did you watch the same video. He said multiple times do you what you can, if you can’t do something march on the spot or just take a rest. Use your common sense seriously. You are amazing and help people so much. This is such an amazing video. So incredible ❤

    Wow! This is fantastic! I'm not a senior (in fact I'm in my mid-30s) but very unfit with poor core fitness and balance. I have been looking for a workout just like this. I personally find it uncomfortable doing lots of floor exercises so I love the greater focus on standing up in these routines. I also struggle with motivation and have a low tolerance to pain so the quick 10-minute exercises are ideal for me. Not requiring equipment is a bonus because it means I can do this anytime, anywhere. For the first time in a long time, I'm so excited to do this challenge because it feels achievable and sustainable for me. Thank you Joe Wicks from downunder, Australia! 🇦🇺

    Thanks so much Joe for offering this great workout series. I started with these back in February and got into the habit by doing them first thing before breakfast every day. Now, I'm on to your 15-minute session workouts and looking forward to increasing my workout times as I continue.

    WOW! motivation is what I need. This workout looks great. Starting this evening. I have been pretty sedentary since my husband died. Now it is time to regain my strength and endurance I once had. thank you

    I did pe with Joe for a few weeks (before getting the lurgy) and I'm not senior but me and all my friends said the same thing... I can do the exercises but all this constant getting up and down up and down omg too much can't do. So am so SO happy that you've grouped all the standing and floor together... Makes the world of difference.. feel heard ;-)

    Dear Jo I had dropped off for a few weeks as my husband had an MS relapse so and I didn't have the time or energy. But yesterday said I am going to restart today. Then I saw this and I thought perfect just what I need. Thankyou feel more energised and happy. Thankyou 💃

    Thank you! I was a gym enthusiast until my lower disc started to hurt too much. I am trying to recover and I am a little bit down that I can’t train as before. This is the first “routine” that I try in a while and it felt great. Thanks for be inclusive :)

    I started daily exercises with Joe Wicks in lockdown but being referred to as "senior and elderly" felt so undermining, I didn't continue. Joe Wicks - can you please not be agist in your workouts? Thanks and have a very happy New Year. x

    For seniors???? There is absolutely no way my mother could do this session. Its, all so wrong. No evidence based here... Avoid and go to a specialist instructor.

      Oh you pessimist! He did say to miss out any exercise you feel unhappy with. You have to start somewhere but a specialist will be very expensive.
      This is a fun low cost approach. Nothing wrong with that.

      51 and with my bulging disks and OA this worked out well. Everyone is different and if this doesn't work try something else. There are some folks in their 80s and 90s who can do this. It just depends. Great short workout.

    If anyone feels unstable doing the leg lifts or any other of the exercises hold on to the back of a chair to help balance & stabilise yourself especially in the last few reps.. .. you might not need it all the time or at all but it’s great for confidence building… it’s there if you need it….. 🪑 🥰
    You can try laying on your bed if you can’t get on the floor 🛏 for the bum lifts and hip rotations.
    And finally the last punching exercise can be done seated if you can’t stand or struggle with balance.
    Joe I think we need to duct tape your joints a little! 😆. Not bashing your workout at all I think it’s fab your putting exercises out for ages and abilities.
    Have you thought about wearing one of those restricted mobility suits to try to understand how it feels to have stiffer joints etc. Like I said fab that you’re putting out this free content but I think you could go a little further so more people can join in maybe!! Loving your commitment and drive to bring exercises to all. Xxx 😘 xxX
