ive watched all your condo tours and this one really caught my eye definately the best value for money if you find a better one than this i will be flabbergasted .great tour thanks for showing us around
I would choose the ocean view personally... maybe because I live in Ohio right now and it would be so nice to wake up to that gorgeous view every morning!! I have been showing these types of apartments to some friends... and telling them that even if they had their house paid off completely... they will be paying more in government property taxes every month than I will be paying in rent. can't wait til this covid situation slows down enough to warrant getting on an airplane and moving there.

That’s a great place. For two summers I stayed in the building next door (to the right of the front apt). I paid the same amount for just a studio. A one bedroom at 10,000 in a new building with a sea view is a steal to me. Great neighborhood too.

I'd go for the bigger flat. Who needs to see the sea. It's there every day you go out.
Quite a place indeed. I would go for the view rather than cleaning a larger apartment with a fridge in the lounge. Looking forward to the future posts in that area.
Move the fridge to where the washing machie is. It looks like it was meant to go there anyway. Local laundries are easy to drop off and pick up.

I've seen plenty videos of condo tours and expenses, but I must admit this is the best one when it comes to saving! Not only are they big and comfy, but cheap with the best view! Thanks for your video, subscribed.
Pratumnak is the best part of pattaya for me,cheap and sort of seems classier than the rest of pattaya and not far from central pattaya.I really don’t like those condos in central pattaya where everyone’s condo is looking into someone else’s condo around the pool

Amazing ! This one of the best condos you shown recently. Unbelievable $300 sea view luxury apartment. Love to see more such deals in Pratamnak area. If you can, try to cover any such condo on sale. These low rental prices must be temporary. Thanks for sharing !

Very nice accomodations, I would prefer the smaller one mostly because of how the space was used. And I can't help smiling every time you test the quality of the beds with your hand, ha ha.

Great video and great condos...i would prefer the bigger one .... because the kitchen is much better(bigger) and the small niche by the window (livingroom), which can be used as a workspace with a beautiful view.

Wow...we have stayed at the cozy beach hotel a few times in the past, but what a steal those condo's are. On my list as gas prices in the UK could hit £4000😱so cheaper to winter in Thailand.

I would take the large unit but that sea view 1st thing in the morning would take some beating.Large condo and sea view from the pool that sounds like a plan. There seems to be good value units in that area looking forward to your future vids

Cracking deal that, especially given the location and the beach view. If you could get away with renting one of just one month, then it'd work out far better than staying in a hotel. Imagine having that to stay in for a month holiday in Pattaya!

I like the second bigger one. I would remove the washing machine and move the refrigerator to where the washing machine was. if they rent for 90 days, what a deal. I think the view is fine. Sadly, I bet most of those trees and other greenery will dissapear within one or two years

I love the 1st flat. Seaview nice layout. I wish the prices are thesame by the time i come but i dont think that will be likely.

like the modern look of the place..i was sure i was going to go with the 2 bedroom at tara court... big kitchen.... but i would like to see if this place has a 2 bedroom unit available.....this is definatly the area i will live in when i come to thailand to retire next year....

What a bargain! I'd take the one with the sea view. Now Thailand only has to let us enter without much restrictions ...
I think I like the setup of the smaller apartment but I like the washing machine and bigger kitchen and cook top.
I like the big swimming pool and gym for convenient exercise ; very worthy bargain 👍🙏
Very nice for the price. Especially with only one months deposit! I wish the gym was a little better though, but for $300 a month I'm sure I could find a local gym membership somewhere else. 👍
