6:28 I lived in the property directly behind you for about a month when they were building this. it was unreal... we had the pool access, and well, tbh there was only a 2 other people living in the whole complex at the time. so we had the whole complex basically to ourselves. the condo you point at had stray dogs living in it at one point, Ive got video of going in there and laughing that the dogs had found a luxury room.
it was insane. what an amazing place. Jometien was good. I loved living there.
How did you book it for only one month ? Usually most of this places are 6 - 12 month contract no?

Really for $200 per month? Wow that's very cheap and beautiful condo. I'm from Philippines and been watching your vblogs now. If that's in Philippines, that would be more expensive. I think accomodations in Thailand is much cheaper than in Philippines.

I like the shower Sure it is affordable, but you need transportation for everything. Great for a retired old-timer with a scooter who hate nightlife, eating out, or shopping.

I love it. Incredible design and amenities! And $200 a month? I’ve been watching other Pattaya and Jomtien Beach condo tours and all but one are much more in price while not offering anywhere near as nice features and amenities. This option is insane!!! Wow.
It's not 200. I just checked the website. 11 nights goes for $333.40
@Wesley Stevens I don't know what kind of games these pattaya and bangkok youtubers are playing and it's very annoying for those of us who are interested. They lie about the price per month,they have their girlfriends pretending as rental agents etc. CLICK BAIT
The insanely low price could be due to 2 factors:1. This was shot during lock-down when all agents dropped their rental prices just to keep afloat; 2. The $200/month deal is only when you rent for a full year.

Looks nice and I like the price but I like being near the action
Great condo complex, its a tab bit far from all the action so its going to be super quite, but you will have to do lots of walking or catch the Baht bus or have a vehicle to get around so that has to be factored into the price, but for someone who rarely goes to Pattaya, this area is Jomtien Beach, so its for someone who desires this part of Chonburi.

How far is a walk to the beach?
How much would this cost in America for something so beautiful with so many amenities near a fabulous beach? I'm guessing at least $5000.00 to $6000.00 per month. For $200 / $250 a month this place just became an essential part of my retirement plans. Heck with the recent WFH policies I might even be able to convince my boss to let me work (very) remotely (heart emoji)

yep, but this site is quite far down Jomtien, so its a little isolated.

Where did you get the $200 a month price? When I looked online the cheapest I could find was 9k THB / $270
What I have found it depends on who you rent from. Most of these places are owned by investors thay bought them to tent them out. These are part of the condo hotel sceme from 3 or 4 years ago.
Probably based on monthly rate!

Yeah it is a little far out from the centre, but if you have your own vehicle, its not to bad, and its also the reason why it’s priced so well.

@@pascalgallez1126 No baht bus nearby. 1 hour walk into the city-center. You need a your own vehicle or you have to use taxi apps. This condo is at the ass end of the world, thats the reason why this brandnew condo is so cheap.

Nice! What utilities are included in the $200?
Utilities are usually not included. Power will be $50 -> $100 if you have AC blasting all day and night. There is usually a 100BAHT water fee which isn't much. Otherwise wifi is usually included. Kind of wish he gave us the website.

Most people seem to want to rent rather than buy, but the price for a similar unit is approximately 2.5MB. Hope this helps :)
