I loved this place when I visited in November and bought a one-bedroom off the plan. The two bedroom showroom really stole my heart, but out of my budget. Great location and a lot of perks with the purchase. Looking forward to completion.

I guess inflation hit the USD harder than I thought. That's like 150k USD for a 300sqft studio. That's getting close to mid-tier US city prices.
Only expats would live there since this is a premium location 200m from the beach and this is priced in well into their calculations. And don't forget the amenities like kids clubs and fitness rooms

Many people don’t even use their kitchen much less washing machine. You can get awesome food delivered to your door cheaper than you can buy it at a supermarket.
