First one bec of its views, the convenient location to the bldg's pool and gym as well as I preferred the furnishings/decorations in this one.
I would prefer the second apartment because it's bigger and also I wouldn't want to be next to the swimming pool and gym. When the pool opens, there will be people walking around, kids screaming etc.

I absolutely love love love the first apartment with the black couches. Wow. Perfect. I also love the sweetness of the lady (Som) showing you around the apartments. First class.
I prefer the first apartment and Som's second outfit. How you can concentrate on either of the apartments with her as your guide is beyond me but good on ya' for keeping it professional.

Wongamat beach has been my place of choice when i am in pattaya it feels so much different than the heart of the city , if i was to choose a unit in North Point it would be the second unit i like the blinds better than curtains, and the wood floors.. L.A Rob
I prefer the first apartment with the higher view. The view in the second apartment is dominated by the rooftops and buildings of the surrounding complexes. Using the gym and pool would become part of the my morning routine.

I liked the first apartment also. However, I didn't like the furniture. I would have had to have a discount on the apartment, unfurnished.
The view in the first is better, but the living room & amenities are better in the second. I think I'd go for the first also.
#2 but I think they are both expensive 25-28k would be Good price

I prefer #1. Noise during regular hours wouldn't bother me. The furniture, water view and proximity to the gym and pool is a plus.
I'd get rid of then bird netting though. Thanks for work!
If you get rid of that net, and leave the condo vacant for a few months , you will find a lot of bird shit in the balcony.
@@GerardoTrilobites I get that. I'd have regular maintenance/cleaning of unit if I'm gone long. The netting would distract my view of the sea

Very spacious, lots of closet space which is hard to find. Yeah I think the cost is reasonable because of the grounds. To be able to listen to those waves at any time day or night just by strolling out of your building is like instant meditation. Wonderful agent you have there Daz !
Ive seen about 50 Pattaya apartments online and none of them have ovens. lol Do they not bake or broil in Thailand?
No, Thais never use an oven in their cooking
I choose the smaller first one. Great view. The second one, well all I could see was the top of that other building.
I want to come next year and would definitely rent the first unit, perfect for me!

They won't wait for you to rent. Better check on their website for vacancies. I like the first one too. And I think the price will be much higher once things are back to normal again.

Too expensive for me to live there but price no problem for a month's holiday
I doubt you can rent these for only one month.
@@_ckr For the moment, it is a buyer's market. Pattaya is in a famine. A renter can get almost anything he wants.
I love these videos. Northpoint has amazing buildings with great amenities. I can see these building from my condo and know because of number of lighted units in the evening that many people reside there even during the pandemic. There are penthouses that can be had on Wongamant Beach for $35K. Northpoint is situated in a cluster of 5 condo buildings, 2 of the buildings are Northpoint (both rooms in video are in the south tower which is behind the preferred North tower) which makes it a very busy area. Some of the buildings are so close together that I think you can talk to people in opposite building even at the 30th floor. Friends have even joked about placing boards between the buildings as bridges.
Personally, The views are everything. Both have obstructed views though the first condo is much better.
Another note, is this area generally houses many Russian & Chinese tourist during normal times which see’s a high turnover of people coming and going.
Great info, thanks! We're looking to move there in August/Sept if all goes well. It's hard to tell which tower is best from online research. North Tower for Northpoint. I was wondering if Wongamat Tower is a good choice. Zire and Riviera look nice but seem further back, maybe 2 towers? Ananya is pricey and not sure why.

Considering how low the prices have been in other condos you have vlogged these are on the pricey side. As good as the location is I feel that there is no need to pay such high prices.

Liked the first condo better but about double my budget. Nice views good amenities and the beach is probably 400 dollars of the rent price.
First one for me, w/o question. Simply becuz the view is better. And for some reason I like the right handed setup as far Bed and Bath when you walk in.

I liked the second apartment better than the first. I like the furnishing of the first better, but not enough to choose it over the second. Also I thought her second outfit was the better of the two :)

Excellent value, Land of Smiles must arguably be one of the best value places in the world to rent a condo. Very difficult to decide both where fantastic for £788 per month. Amazing Thailand.

I prefer the 1st unit, I would for sure talk them down since the area is smaller. Better view and use of the pool and sauna.
The netting on the balcony is also for cat owners. Makes sure the kitty doesn't go flying

I like the inside of #2 better. Both views are nice, #1 being better. Great places, but I would prefer a pool villa as I don't like all the people and noise of a apartment/condo living.

That's a tough decision I like number one but I like number 2 bedroom and I like number 1 view and number to view I didn't want to be looking on the roof top across still it is beautiful
Second unit for me. Seemed to be brighter. The view on the first seemed to be a bit better. But I’d rather the cleaner looking unit. Thank you ! I’m hoping to. Be going in March for month. I like modern units if you have time I’d love to see Avery modern one 😊😊. With beach front. 👊🇨🇦
U know what is like to see if u can show us is the Veranda resort pattaya which is a condotel but the place looks great with amazing amenities. Would love to see a tour of that one if you can wing it.

I'll take the 24th floor with the easy access to the pool right outside the door and fitness room. Nice décor. Not much reason to leave the property. Send the ST wife for supplies and food from the night market. BBQ with the friends. Thanks for another great video.

Great beach front location and high end facilities….no crowds…..wongamat area seems to be very upmarket with all these flash condos but at high prices. Not for me as too many concrete towers surrounding and obscuring your views….but nice to see the vdo all the same.
First apartment looks the best. But both are on floors way too high for me, as I mentioned to you Daz on a video a few weeks ago, can you please show us some on lower floors eg., up to 6 (you said that you would do) because many of us aren't keen on heights! Cheers mate👌
If you had to twist my arm I would take the second apt but I like the view and style of the first one.

The furnishings, tv, oven, all made the first apartment the better for fit and fixtures, by a big old margin, but I'd never want to live that high up, anywhere. I'd get vertigo just looking out of the windows.

No 2 looks much more inviting on entry to me and I think I would prefer to be on a lower level like this one. Nice big sofa too 👍. No 2 is much nicer hands down for me. There's a very low rise complex with what appears to be a massive swimming pool you can see from the Terminal 21 view that looks v interesting to me no doubt much cheaper

Both are nice, first one had a better view and better TV/entertainment center in the living room. On all other points I liked the second one. Can't do anything about the view but a better TV/entertainment center is fixable. The entertainment center limits the size of the TV which is my complaint about it. But both are probably a bit too high priced for me to consider at the moment.

Great video Definitely prefer Soms blue pants... While I enjoy watching the condo videos I'm always telling myself I would rather have something farther inland with better amenities. I guess I just don't see the value in an ocean view unless you are literally standing at the window all day long.

Thanks for sharing, would have to be the first one for me, because of the furnishings and better view, are there actually any rooftop suites available? Obviously these would be at the top end of the market, would be nice to see if there are some, ie with private plunge pool , bbq area etc, and do these kind of suites come with a maid / chef ? Or is that up to yourself to hire staff? Kind regards from England.
