I applaud your desire to DIY your car mods, but you need to educate yourself a bit more on working on an automobile. First, always disconnect the 12V battery before touching an airbag. Really bad things can happen. Please read the service manual, it states explicitly to disconnect the LV power for at least 2 minutes prior to touching any part of the SRS. Also, you need to get proper tools, including a torque wrench to torque essential fasteners to spec (like the steering wheel bolt - 80 Nm). The yellow stuff on the steering wheel bolt is a form of loc-tite which helps keep it from backing out. Please don't do this again and encourage dangerous behavior that will void the warranty.
Thank you - I was kinda concerned the whole time - haha, I will make sure to mention and remove the 12V battery the next time I do something like this.
Sooner or later you are gone hurt yourself or break something...airbags when handled MUST ALWAYS have the 12v battery unplugged...it was really stressful seeing you handle it...dont forget the warranty of your car! The pedals are a must do! The yoke looks really cool...Knight Rider vibes!!
I'm sorry man but this channel is not for me anymore. Now you focus on accessories and I hope you reach the maximum people possible get the information they need, but this, in my opinion, is not a "Europe in a Tesla" channel. I am unsubscribing but wish you, your partner and your dog all the best
Thanks for all your support thus far ❤️ I hope I will be able to make content that more reflects what you're looking for in the near future. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to travel yet due to delays with immigration but that should be resolved pretty soon and I'll be making a lot more videos driving across the Schengen area :) See you again next time!
IMPORTANT: If you are planning to DIY like me in this video, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DISCONNECT THE V12 battery

Totally agree....😐😐😐
Legit was waiting for the airbag to explode at any second. Damn.

Metal pedals look SOOOOOOOO much better! I did this upgrade on mine as well, on day 1 ! Hahahah
Way better, my god.
Hello Allan, next time you remove the bolt that holds the steering, I have a impact machine that removes the bolt easily in seconds
Europe in a Tesla, You're fantastic! Let's be friends and have fun!

Yes, thank you for your concern! I will definitely disconnect the V12 battery next time
Yoke looks cool, but the round steering wheel might be more practical if you drive around town often.
In France it is illegal to install a yoke. is it legal in Portugal ?
I could be wrong, but the model s yoke is a bit more narrow from top to bottom. Yours looks slightly wider from top to bottom.
That was stressful haha
😰
How is your phone screen mirroring the main screen? Would love to know how that works. Thanks!
I am using Teslogic 😎 (teslogic.co/?afmc=europeinatesla)
I admire your skills, but heeeellll no, why would you wanna degrade a perfect steering wheel?
Because grabbing the yoke makes you feel like you’re driving a plane or f1 car
Buenos dias Matosinhos.
Man how do you mirror the speed and the directions to your mobile?

Can you cut the roof off in the next episode and transform your Tesla into a cabriolet? 🙏
Like and subscribe, maybe I'll consider it soon 😎
Nice video….a bit haphazard. And no garage to work in? It looks like you are stealing a car. 😂
that is so hilarious! Unfortunately my garage is super narrow, I can hardly open my door fully
