  • What a treat you have found Nickolas and me working together. Nickolas is a 10-year-old identical twin. He was born at 3 lbs 14 oz at 33 weeks of gestation vaginally. His brother was born by an emergency C-section. He is status post ventricular septal defect repair. He has a pulmonary stenosis and pulmonary insufficiency. He has ADHD, and he has severe learning disabilities in writing and math. His mother reports he has difficulty with his balance. He does not have the gross motor skills of other kids his age. In these videos, I show the exercises that would be appropriate for him. Thank you, Nickolas, for helping teach people all around the world.
Anytime you are working on balance, be mindful of safety. Have a clear area in case of loss of balance. Use a spotter or padding/mats as needed.
