- I am so excited you have found Romello and me working together. Romello is a 10-year-old identical twin. He was born at 4 lbs at 33 weeks of gestation by an emergency C-section after his identical brother was born vaginally. He has a heart murmur and spent 3 weeks in the hospital. His mother reports he has difficulty with his ankles and feet. He does not have the gross motor skills of other kids his age. In these videos, I show the exercises that would be appropriate for him. Hi. Can you suggest some exercises for hyperextension of leg at knee for a baby with hemiparesis?
