They make jumping pads that help with the impact from jumping on concrete. Concrete is actually the worst because it doesn’t absorb the shock from jumping. I’m going to purchase a pad it could help with the pain
Lol. I’ve done that so many time with my jump rope! Yes doing jumps rope for additional workout is great! I even started doing as a start to my workout as well
@@CierraLeone I have one and I love it, couldn’t do jumping jacks, or running in place with a regular jump rope, but with a cordless role, I can run in place , jumping jacks and squats

I haven’t tried it, but I’m afraid I’ll get lazy with my form & not jump high enough if I use it. I do wanna try it out though! 👍🏾

I do 1000 in a day and am not seeing any results its almost 3 weeks what am i doing wrong
It could be your diet! Make sure you’re in a calorie deficit or not going over your maintenance calories
