If you haven’t heard of it, it’s a ten minute exercise where you do only 40 seconds of that time as hard as possible. The rest of the time is super easy. It would be cool to see how it works for you. I’m going to give it a go here in a day or so once I get past those headache I’ve had for a few days. Congrats on your channel! I wish you speedy and joyful success🌸

Buying a jump rope after seeing your video! I also carry my belly weight above my bellybutton after 4 kids. It’s so annoying! I’m starting the 40/40 challenge soon. Super excited to workout everyday, and draw closer to Jesus! Going to add 10 minutes of jump roping to my workout too. Great job!
11min the first day, 18min today! And I recorded the measurements of my middle and my bicep before I started so I can see progress. I am thankful for your good example!
