I Love this workout! I appreciated that you mentioned during Prayer pulse that you should do the best you can b/c sometimes your anatomy is different/physically possible etc. I can only move my left arm b/c of a disability and its just nice to have someone recognize/mention that not everyone can do the exact movements. I try my best and make modifications when needed during your workouts so, ex if its a move like pushups I do sit ups instead.
Didn't have wine bottles, so I used two bottles of cleaning supplies. At some point they started dripping on my mat but I didn't want to stop. In the end, it was so much stuff that it kept bubbling. Now I got my extra workout from rounds of wiping and I got a super clean mat. Thanks Cassey!
I appreciate how you focus on form. When I explore other TH-cam workout videos they don't always explain what good form is and why its so important, the only reason I have good form is because of you! & it makes the workout so much more effective! The length that you have for each set also gives the perfect amount of time to get the form correct and helps to feel the burn. I can flail around all day but the form is so key to see results. I appreciate you!
Ellie Clark yes!! soo dangerous! glass bottles are so slippery, especially when you’re working out and your hands can get sweaty. this bottles don’t have a good grip. it already happened to me, i was using glass bottles to workout after i saw this tip on internet, and i dropped them, was a big mess in my bedroom and fortunately i didn’t dropped it on top of me or anything like that
These workouts have saved me since I broke my foot in 2019, which turned out to be great practice for being stuck at home during a pandemic. I love the creative workouts (this is the first time I've not gotten bored with workouts), and I can see the progress I've made in my body, strength and endurance. And STILL, I cannot believe what a machine you are! #inspiration

I am VERY unflexible, and often in workouts or fitness classes I would be really embarrassed that I couldn't do certain moves. Thank you for making me feel like it's ok to just try xxxx
Hello guys thanks for asking. The baby is healthy and fine. Sadly we needed to have a emergency c-section because the babys heartrate was so low from one moment to the other. I recovered actually really fast and now i'm getting back on track 😘😘😘

Who else is here for September 2020 calendar workout??? Omg...this truly killed me with 6kg dumbells!!! I had to put my dumbells down halfway through, especially after doing the previous 2 workouts in the calendar 😭😭 Thank you so much for this workout cassie ❤❤ I've been looking for a workout like this in ages to work the chest real good! Loved it and need to repeat so I can complete with my dumbells in my hands the whole way through

Dear Future Grass, OMG! This was so hard! I only had 8 pound weights and 15 pound weights so I HAD to go with the 8pounders. Not at all easy! In fact, super hard! Especially after the 30 minute Extreme arms workout! - Grass
This is like the second or third time I've done this workout and I really enjoy it. The first half of the workout is already starting to get easier, and I ended up altering the upright rows into "regular rowing" with one bottle just to be able to finish the video x) Sometimes I falter in the second half, but the exercises are so quick and easy, I'm glad I keep coming back to it. I just wanna have the tiniest bit of upper body strength, so thank you for helping me with that
Thanks to you Cassey I managed to Kayak for three hours, I never thought exercising with bottle of wines would have a practical use in life besides looking super good!!

I had to keep adjusting the bottles in my hands because my hands kept getting sweaty but yeah there was a few scary moments at some points I thought I almost dropped them, Especially when they need to be held overhand to do the exercise that's when I really thought II was was gonna drop them😕
