  • I asked you guys what workouts you wanna do at home and a lot of you asked for weights. And because not everyone has dumbbells, I decided to get creative.
    Why not wine bottles (or water bottles or soup cans etc)?! I tested this on TikTok and you guys LOVED it, so here it is: my first full length wine bottle arm workout!
    Your biceps, triceps & shoulders are gonna be SHAKING once you're done with this! You've got 10 moves, one minute on, 10 seconds off (don't worry, there's a timer).
    1. Bicep Curls
    2. Tricep Pulse
    3. Prayer Pulse
    4. Shoulder Press
    5. Double Tray Opens
    6. Front Raises

    injured my shoulder back in April, so I couldn't do any shoulder exercises without pain for months- I've done a lot of physio since then and today I can finally do a whole arm workout without discomfort! Gonna stop with one video and not push my luck but yay! progress!

    This is crazy.... I've worked with weights, push ups... But my hands have never been more toned and defined... It's like hella strong... God I've never seen it better... Lovingggg it

      Ellie Clark yes!! soo dangerous! glass bottles are so slippery, especially when you’re working out and your hands can get sweaty. this bottles don’t have a good grip. it already happened to me, i was using glass bottles to workout after i saw this tip on internet, and i dropped them, was a big mess in my bedroom and fortunately i didn’t dropped it on top of me or anything like that

    I Love this workout! I appreciated that you mentioned during Prayer pulse that you should do the best you can b/c sometimes your anatomy is different/physically possible etc. I can only move my left arm b/c of a disability and its just nice to have someone recognize/mention that not everyone can do the exact movements. I try my best and make modifications when needed during your workouts so, ex if its a move like pushups I do sit ups instead.

      Hello guys thanks for asking. The baby is healthy and fine. Sadly we needed to have a emergency c-section because the babys heartrate was so low from one moment to the other. I recovered actually really fast and now i'm getting back on track 😘😘😘

    Didn't have wine bottles, so I used two bottles of cleaning supplies. At some point they started dripping on my mat but I didn't want to stop. In the end, it was so much stuff that it kept bubbling. Now I got my extra workout from rounds of wiping and I got a super clean mat. Thanks Cassey!

    I appreciate how you focus on form. When I explore other TH-cam workout videos they don't always explain what good form is and why its so important, the only reason I have good form is because of you! & it makes the workout so much more effective! The length that you have for each set also gives the perfect amount of time to get the form correct and helps to feel the burn. I can flail around all day but the form is so key to see results. I appreciate you!

    I can't believe I managed to do it! You're so encouraging!! Thank you so much. I used my water bottles that were almost full and I was scared every second cause I thought I was going to drop one of them. Those were steel bottles and super heavy. I do feel sweaty and strong. And yeah my arms feel so light right now.

    Dear Future Grass, OMG! This was so hard! I only had 8 pound weights and 15 pound weights so I HAD to go with the 8pounders. Not at all easy! In fact, super hard! Especially after the 30 minute Extreme arms workout!

    This is like the second or third time I've done this workout and I really enjoy it. The first half of the workout is already starting to get easier, and I ended up altering the upright rows into "regular rowing" with one bottle just to be able to finish the video x)
    Sometimes I falter in the second half, but the exercises are so quick and easy, I'm glad I keep coming back to it.
    I just wanna have the tiniest bit of upper body strength, so thank you for helping me with that

    i used wine bottles too..... but mine were chilled from the fridge so i can’t hold them for long 🥺

    Thank you for mentioning that some people's anatomy is different and that sometimes our bodies literally can't do specific moves. I am VERY unflexible, and often in workouts or fitness classes I would be really embarrassed that I couldn't do certain moves. Thank you for making me feel like it's ok to just try xxxx
