Wendy's voice is just so soulful, she was the one doing a lot of the adlibs in this song! I strongly suggest watching their Japanese release "Sappy". Wendy's voice in that song is just so ridiculous
Jeff I'm a multi Stan but from my experience what I am confident about and can guarantee you is that Red Velvet and EXO had neither release a bad song nor will they in future too whether its a title track or b-sides

Seulgi(red and black outfit in stage performance) is a great vocalist, i love her voice and she's insanely underrated as a dancer unfortunately :( (Top 3 SM dancers according to BoA, also is creative director at SM since 2014. The other two is U-know(Yunho) and Taemin)

Red velvet is one of my favorite girl groups. They do bright, colorful, cuter concepts, which usually aren't my style, but they do it in such a fun and unique way I can't help but love them. All of their songs are ridiculously catchy
That was Wendy doing the adlibs at the last part and if you want to see her singing some high notes, you must react to Red Velvet's Really Bad Boy (RBB). By the way, you must react to Bad Boy which their vocals are so 👌👌👌, and cause that was kind of an evolution from Bad Boy to a Really Bad Boy.

If you have vocals like this there is endless possibilities as to what you can do with it. Be it EXO, Red Velvet or NCT or the earlier more veteran groups like SNSD, Super Junior, Shinee, f(x), TVXQ. You really have a lot to catch up on Red Velvet if you loved this, Wendy is my ult bias, I consider her to be the best vocalist in k-pop right now, even tho of course there's a lot of other talented idols, so yes, if you are still wondering, Wendy is the one who's mainly doing all the ad-libs, but generally all of the Red Velvet girls are very vocally focused.
To me Dumb Dumb is their most iconic release ever. It's what made me a ReveLuv back in 2015 and it's when I thought "wow, this groups is actually one of the best I've ever seen in kpop!"
I feel like the coolest part of the choreo thats easy to miss is the entire last section when they are holding colored prop" "sticks" - those are actually slap bracelets they were wearing! So they take the bracelet off, use it for a bit, then slap it back on

Irene - Goddess-like visual. Irene in Greek mythology means Goddess of Peace. Two things you'll notice on her is her cold aura, she is RV's Ice Princess. And her slightly bow legs when she dances (you can a lot of this in Red Flavor).
Seulgi- cat's eye. That's one thing you will notice first in her. Her height difference also with Irene since she is taller than Irene. When it comes to body, Seulgi has an hour glass body.
Wendy - high cheekboke when she smiles and chubby cheeks when not. Often does the highnotes. Can do low register but Seulgi does that more often.
Joy - she's not that hard to point out in the group. She's the tallest. In one aspect, she is the tree, and the rest are flowers around her.
Yeri - She has a mole on her right cheek. Passive look. Oftenly mistook for Irene by others. But Irene is smaller than Yeri, yet slightly taller than Yeri. Rectangular body.

Dumb Dumb is really one of Red Velvets Top Tier title tracks. I'm glad you're starting to discover them. Sadly they do not have much choreography videos as SMEnt isn't know to be releasing those kind of content.
