This cat is extremely restricted, Catless dyno’d at nearly 15whp more, I would recommend 200 cat high flows as that should be a lot less restrictive.

No it's not. Speaking of the F80 M3 version, the Active 400 cell DPs flow just as well as a MAD 200 cell and the AAs won't throw a CEL.
Comparing catless to high quality high flow catted DPs; the difference in dyno HP is minimal, difference in butt dyno HP is non-existent, they don't stink like catless DPs do, and you don't have to worry about emissions. I got tired of paying $900 every 2 years to do the "cats on, pass emissions, cats off" dance and bit the bullet and bought the 400 cell Active Autowerke DPs and I don't regret it for a second. They sound 10x better too.
Kies has demonstrated that you can still push over 1000 HP with all 4 *factory* cats in place. Cats are absolutely not the "choke point" that people think they are.
Now that godawful burble tunes have finally gone out of fashion, I think we're going to see the same thing happen to catless DPs in the coming years. Fingers crossed anyway.

no check light even if you go catless, just have the sensors in the same place
You’ll eventually get a CEL regardless, it’s there. Could always tune it so the tuner can hide the CEL.

He said it on the video it doesn’t produce no code you will be fine I got one myself on my 9th gen si I produced really good numbers on the dyno running it with stock exhaust, soon I will have the car back exhaust

Guaranteed no check engine light since it uses a 400 cell cat
catalytic converters are useless for performance cars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
in most states it is mandatory to have cats in motor vehicles unfortunately. as well as all 200 and 300 cell cats will not pass emissions here in VA, unfortunate 😕
Have been running high-flow cats in performance cars since the 2000’s, they still flow just fine :)
