    As I have had ADHD for a long time and used to forget my Ritalin . When I would have panic attacks and start freaking out my concentration would suddenly be greatly increased but I was concentrating on every issue i had my whole life . My distress came from like being pulled under water by an octopus holding other problems in each tentacles but suddenly it was swallowed by the jaws of the kraken and we were all in complete darkness . But the kraken would then be defeated by space pirates who are about to imprison me . But right as I am about to be brought in to their ship , the cosmic entity Cthulhu would awaken and …. So yeah I solved this by either eating half a lip balm or a packet of salt from anywhere . And sometimes would put Vapor rub under my eyes so that with one of my sense suddenly in distress I was out of danger long enough to consume my lorazepam and sit somewhere safe . Was hard getting out into public but eventually it was normal again !
