    Just started therapy and my therapist is using schema. First time I hear of it, and your videos helped me tremendously to understand.
    Based on what you shared, I absolutely NEED this.. wish me good luck, I hope it helps for the sake of my happy child and those around me.

    Tarzan came out when I was a kid, my parents bought the VHS for us. A couple of years later I used to watch that part with that song over and over and cry, it was the first time I had heard a song and wished someone would feel that for me. I had forgotten about that.

    I am not under the impression that the older generations had a lot more mental distress than today's generations, although the way they were brought up was like u said very far from what you describe as good parenting. How do u explain that?
