I did this workout for about a month and I got amazing results and yes I do have some visible ab lines!! I wasn't exactly fat but not toned either so it's great! Remember, everyone is different and it's not about results, it's about consistency guys ❤️

I love this short intense workout! Thank you, Lilly! Right now, I'm about 20-25 lbs heavier than my ideal weight (135 lbs) and my middle has been looking quite bloated and is shaped more like a barrel than an hourglass. So uncomfortable! When I found this video I thought, "I can't really argue with a 5 minute routine, let's try it out." So I did. And I liked it. It wasn't impossible to do - not easy - but not impossible which is the kind of encouragement I need in order to return to something. So I've put the link into my calendar for each of the 14 days (mainly so that I don't have to go hunting for the video and get distracted by 100 other videos I want to watch) . . . . . Progress report: First, going to my calendar for the link is a HUGE WIN! It totally keeps me from being distracted by everything else! I've added links to other dance / yoga videos as well. Day 1: Done. Went by pretty quickly. Felt great afterwards. Day 2: Done. Harder, but still doable. Felt great afterwards. Day 3: Missed this one due to long day and night of traveling. Had hoped to fit it in before the journey but wasn't able to. Day 4: Back to it. I'm beginning to enjoy it - though neck gets tired. I think I see some changes in the curves of my torso - curving inwards again - yay! Day 5: Feeling good. Neck tires still - but read some of the comments in thread and will focus more on holding from core and keeping my chin down as suggested. Definitely less bloated looking. Day 5 x 2 > I decided to do the routine a second time today to make up for the day I missed. (I wanna see the difference 14 of these mini workouts can make!) ... Will continue to update on the progress. Thinking I'll keep this in my workout routine even beyond 14 days as I am committed to losing those extra 20 pounds in 2023! Day 6: Done. Really feeling it today since I did the routine 2x yesterday! Yowza! PLUS, I added Lilly's 5 minute Lower Ab routine & a 15 minute yoga practice. Almost 1/2 way through the challenge! Day 6: Whew. It's nearly 3am, and I've just completed today's session. Feeling good! Day 7: Yay! Half way there. Somehow my weight has increased rather than decreased... but I'm more interested in toning and feeling good and strong in my body than I am in what the number on the scale is. Day 8: Done. Day 9: Done. Super late - was it really 2am? Day 10: Done. Feeling pumped about my streak! 5 minutes each day is so doable. Day 11: Holy cow! I'm almost there! Day 12: I did it. Still pushing through! Hoping to keep going through the holiday weekend. Day 13: Missed a couple of days with the house loaded with guests & gatherings, but made up Day 13 & 14 of the 14 day challenge on Monday once I got back to my studio. Day 14: Did it! Hooray. I've done 14 days of this intense ab workout - even though they weren't all consecutive - I love streaks, but didn't want to put too much pressure on myself given the time of year. I like doing these and look forward to continuing to do this workout, along with others by Lilly. Yes! I'm feeling like it's actually possible to get myself slimmed down again. It'll take more than 14 days, but I'm in 100%. So... that feels like a HUGE WIN!
medschool student here, I was completely losing touch w working out & hated the way I looked, didn’t have “time” to work out because of how tight my schedule was. Lily really fits in w my day. Day 1- was hard for sure. Instead of the last flutters, I did the 45° leg hold, I felt like I was going to die, but I feel really good Day 2- definitely harder since my abs were sore, but it was worth it. i supplement this with another waist/ab workout. Day 3- probably the worst day so far. My abs were so sore, I was in so much pain while doing it. The fact that I was standing at work for a whole 7 hours didn’t make it any better. Couldn’t follow it up with my second ab workout but did some waist exercises Day 4- abs were killing me lol. Worked out after a long day, so it felt fulfilling. I’m starting to see some definition Day 5- took the day off Day 6- I wasn’t sore, it felt great, had a lot of energy too! Day 7- easy day, loved it!! Day 8- took a break lol Day 9- pretty hard but it feels great Day 10- easyyy Day 11- I whine less when I’m working out so that’s an improvement I guess
Alright so I’m going to be logging my 14 days Day 1: pretty intense overall but felt really great afterwords! Day 2: for some reason today felt even harder than yesterday, but overall really great workout Day 3: today felt easier than the others have Day 4: today felt a lot easier than usual Day 5: good workout today Day 6: today was a pretty hard day, but this workout helped me destress! Day 7: halfway there! Thank you for the supportive comments! Alright so I got off track but I’m gonna keep going! Day 8: I really felt the burn today! But I’m glad to be back on track! Day 9: I’m ngl. Today was a really stressful day, yesterday was as well. Today it felt harder than the first day. But I’m glad to be back on track. Day 10: today was a rlly good day for a workout! Day 11: workout was good today Day 12: I really needed that workout today! Day 13: felt really hard today but I’m almost there! Day 14: took a WHILE to rlly finish and had to take a break but I think I’ll try again with another challenge!
Her attitude and energy in these videos provide such great motivation! I've been doing this workout combined with the lower ab workout and a few others each day (I do around 15-20mins each day of her videos), and the results really are clear to see! Lilly's routines are challenging yet achievable, all the while feeling a great sense of discipline and support throughout and at the end. This girl truly is amazing. I admire her passion for fitness and desire to help others achieve their goals. Thank you Lilly!

I’ve been doing this workout for a week and I can certainly see so many results , I don’t have a flat belly so abs are out of the question for me , but now I can see a few visible lines and I’m so freaking happy !! I also don’t have too much time to workout so this intense 5 min workout is the most perfect thing for me ! Thank you so much lily !! Going to update for 14 days Day 1 - I did it even though it is my first day of period . My core is on fire . Day 2 - I can't- I just can't..I have a very heavy flow today as it is my 2nd day of menstruating . 3rd - haha I did it . I feel strong 💪 Day 4- ezz today . Day 5 - bro my upper abs are kinda slimmer but I see no difference in lower abs Day 6- TBh no visible change ...infact it was easy for me to do today .tomorrow is the last of doing this...because my body is starting to be habitual with this workout ...the second exercise still burns the hell out of me tho . 7thday - I didn't do it today as I fell asleep on the time when I usually workout . Day 8- I did it .I feel that it worked on my upper abs . I enjoyed this workout a lot . And I recommend this workout .
It's incredible how all of this comes at the perfect time As soon as I said that I wanted to work out my abs TH-cam has basically done nothing but recommend me that Definitely gonna try this tomorrow. It's too hot today to do this
I love this and other workouts! I have been doing these for months. My progress is slower than most, since I started after being quite ill and loosing much of my muscle (and other) body mass. Starting at below 50 kg (iin a not healthy way!) I began gradually rebuilding myself with Lilly as my TH-cam coach ;) I have only built about 4kgs of muscle after 6 months. But I am also 50, vegan (with lingering tummy issues-I lost weight through illness, but also can no longer stomach much food. Not fun really.) with bad knees and rheumatoid arthritis. So there is context for the slowness. But I keep at it, pretty much every day. doing one of each: core, hips, booty and when there is time, arms. My work is quite physical so this is important, as well as preventing all of the aging issues: loosing balance because hip and glute muscles have vanished: one of my greatest fears, hehe). doing this and updating everyday!! day 1:✅ i’ve been doing some of her other workouts so i found this quite easy but still feel a burn day 2:completely forgot to do it today😭 day 3:✅i did it in the morning and really felt a proper burn but it was a good start to my morning and i might do it more often day 4:✅ i did it in the morning again after i did 30 minutes on my exercise bike and still feel a burn but im a bit more used to it now day 5: forgot again oops day 6:✅did it twice because i missed yesterday but burn is still there but it feels a lot easier than the first day day 7:✅i feel like i’m getting much more used to it as i found it way easier then i have before so that’s good!! i’m also seeing some definition in my abs so i’m happy💅 day 8:✅burn is still there but did it along with another one of her workouts bc k had motivation day 9:✅did it twice today before bed as i’m going away for a couple days but i really felt a burn both times update: overall so far i think this workout is definitely worth it and i’m going to continue to do it after the 14 days to really get proper results! and i’m also shocked as i feel like i look less bloated throughout the day so this workout is possibly the reason to that!!

Doing this for 14 days! I’m a 15.5 year old female, 5”2, 116 pounds. Day one✅-got me to start breathing faster, my stomach area and neck hurt a little but no pain no gain lol Day two✅-My neck hurt the same amount as yesterday and I think put more effort into the workout today

Updating every day! Day 1- Did feel the burn but I found it fun and easy! Day 2- Woah, felt the burn a lot more but can feel something near the ab area Day 3- Only got half way through because my phone was very glitchy but did well Day 4- Found it easier and relaxing tbh! I am 69 kgs & will be doing this 7 day workout challange with her intense ab workout of 5 mins Day 1 ✅ Day 2✅the burn is real it was quite difficult to do the abs workout after the thigh one also skipped the second last bonus exceecise Day 3✅pretty sure didnt do the correct form of some exercises but i did it it was the most difficult one yet🥹 Day 4 ✅ Day 5✅ Day 6✅ Day 7✅ so it worked omg my now weight 68.40 its great so i followed a intermidiate fasting diet with calorie deficeit you should have your dinner at 7 it really helps also i walked for 20 mins on treadmill too.

This has been my favorite ab workout by far! I love the helpful tips and encouragement throughout! I’m really seeing great improvement in my core. The only thing I don’t like is the music. Not everyone who is trying to get in shape is doing so because of a bad breakup or to get a man.
I don’t think she’s saying that’s why they’re working out, I think that’s just what a lot of songs are about. If I’m correct (which I may not be) she just picks songs she thinks are catchy and fun to work out to

You can restart your 14 day challenge any day - over and over again until, at some point you'll reach 3 or 4 days out of 14, then maybe 7/14... and eventually 14/14... It's all good. Be kind to yourself. There's no shame in restarting. I'd say just doing this intense little workout on occasion is a big win. Celebrate each and every one!

Done!😊 I have been doing chloe ting's 2 week challenge for three days now along with three other videos from Lilly,i will do this everyday for 14 days starting from tomorrow Day 1:Morning - it was really intense especially when I did chloe ting's before this..going on to do the rest,I can do this Evening -wohoo..Done✅I am trying to catch my breath,when she said it's gonna be intense she really meant it Day 2:Morning-Done✅it was easier than it was yesterday Evening -Apologies,I had a tiresome day 😑 Day 3:Morning-Done ✅ the level of intensity never depreciated for me but overall I feel great Evening-Done✅,I wonder if it'd be better to rather do two sets instead of day and night,I don't think I'll know if I don't try so I will be doing two sets for the next two days,just to compare. Been doing this 5 days a week for 4 weeks now and it seriously works! I had no visible ab lines before starting and now I do with this workout 5 days a week, pilates for 15-30 mins a day 5 days a week, Yoga 4 times a week, and a 30 minute walk a day! It takes a lot of work but it's super possible to change your life and see results quick! Good luck to everyone else on their own journeys🩷

Right now, I'm about 20-25 lbs heavier than my ideal weight (135 lbs) and my middle has been looking quite bloated and is shaped more like a barrel than an hourglass. So uncomfortable!
When I found this video I thought, "I can't really argue with a 5 minute routine, let's try it out." So I did. And I liked it. It wasn't impossible to do - not easy - but not impossible which is the kind of encouragement I need in order to return to something.
So I've put the link into my calendar for each of the 14 days (mainly so that I don't have to go hunting for the video and get distracted by 100 other videos I want to watch)

Progress report:
First, going to my calendar for the link is a HUGE WIN! It totally keeps me from being distracted by everything else! I've added links to other dance / yoga videos as well.
Day 1: Done. Went by pretty quickly. Felt great afterwards.
Day 2: Done. Harder, but still doable. Felt great afterwards.
Day 3: Missed this one due to long day and night of traveling. Had hoped to fit it in before the journey but wasn't able to.
Day 4: Back to it. I'm beginning to enjoy it - though neck gets tired. I think I see some changes in the curves of my torso - curving inwards again - yay!
Day 5: Feeling good. Neck tires still - but read some of the comments in thread and will focus more on holding from core and keeping my chin down as suggested. Definitely less bloated looking.
Day 5 x 2 > I decided to do the routine a second time today to make up for the day I missed. (I wanna see the difference 14 of these mini workouts can make!)
... Will continue to update on the progress. Thinking I'll keep this in my workout routine even beyond 14 days as I am committed to losing those extra 20 pounds in 2023!
Day 6: Done. Really feeling it today since I did the routine 2x yesterday! Yowza! PLUS, I added Lilly's 5 minute Lower Ab routine & a 15 minute yoga practice.
Almost 1/2 way through the challenge!
Day 6: Whew. It's nearly 3am, and I've just completed today's session. Feeling good!
Day 7: Yay! Half way there. Somehow my weight has increased rather than decreased... but I'm more interested in toning and feeling good and strong in my body than I am in what the number on the scale is.
Day 8: Done.
Day 9: Done. Super late - was it really 2am?
Day 10: Done. Feeling pumped about my streak! 5 minutes each day is so doable.
Day 11: Holy cow! I'm almost there!
Day 12: I did it. Still pushing through! Hoping to keep going through the holiday weekend.
Day 13: Missed a couple of days with the house loaded with guests & gatherings, but made up Day 13 & 14 of the 14 day challenge on Monday once I got back to my studio.
Day 14: Did it! Hooray. I've done 14 days of this intense ab workout - even though they weren't all consecutive - I love streaks, but didn't want to put too much pressure on myself given the time of year.
I like doing these and look forward to continuing to do this workout, along with others by Lilly. Yes! I'm feeling like it's actually possible to get myself slimmed down again.
It'll take more than 14 days, but I'm in 100%.

medschool student here, I was completely losing touch w working out & hated the way I looked, didn’t have “time” to work out because of how tight my schedule was. Lily really fits in w my day.
Day 1- was hard for sure. Instead of the last flutters, I did the 45° leg hold, I felt like I was going to die, but I feel really good
Day 2- definitely harder since my abs were sore, but it was worth it. i supplement this with another waist/ab workout.
Day 3- probably the worst day so far. My abs were so sore, I was in so much pain while doing it. The fact that I was standing at work for a whole 7 hours didn’t make it any better. Couldn’t follow it up with my second ab workout but did some waist exercises
Day 4- abs were killing me lol. Worked out after a long day, so it felt fulfilling. I’m starting to see some definition
Day 5- took the day off
Day 6- I wasn’t sore, it felt great, had a lot of energy too!
Day 7- easy day, loved it!!
Day 8- took a break lol
Day 9- pretty hard but it feels great

Day 1 - I did it even though it is my first day of period . My core is on fire .
Day 2 - I can't- I just can't..I have a very heavy flow today as it is my 2nd day of menstruating .
3rd - haha I did it . I feel strong 💪
Day 4- ezz today .
Day 5 - bro my upper abs are kinda slimmer but I see no difference in lower abs
Day 6- TBh no visible change ...infact it was easy for me to do today .tomorrow is the last of doing this...because my body is starting to be habitual with this workout ...the second exercise still burns the hell out of me tho .
7thday - I didn't do it today as I fell asleep on the time when I usually workout .
Day 8- I did it .I feel that it worked on my upper abs .
I enjoyed this workout a lot . And I recommend this workout .

I love this and other workouts! I have been doing these for months. My progress is slower than most, since I started after being quite ill and loosing much of my muscle (and other) body mass. Starting at below 50 kg (iin a not healthy way!) I began gradually rebuilding myself with Lilly as my TH-cam coach ;) I have only built about 4kgs of muscle after 6 months. But I am also 50, vegan (with lingering tummy issues-I lost weight through illness, but also can no longer stomach much food. Not fun really.) with bad knees and rheumatoid arthritis. So there is context for the slowness. But I keep at it, pretty much every day. doing one of each: core, hips, booty and when there is time, arms. My work is quite physical so this is important, as well as preventing all of the aging issues: loosing balance because hip and glute muscles have vanished: one of my greatest fears, hehe). Thank you for the videos and gracious encouragement Lilly!

day 3:✅i did it in the morning and really felt a proper burn but it was a good start to my morning and i might do it more often

day 6:✅did it twice because i missed yesterday but burn is still there but it feels a lot easier than the first day

This has been my favorite ab workout by far! I love the helpful tips and encouragement throughout! I’m really seeing great improvement in my core. The only thing I don’t like is the music. Not everyone who is trying to get in shape is doing so because of a bad breakup or to get a man.
I don’t think she’s saying that’s why they’re working out, I think that’s just what a lot of songs are about. If I’m correct (which I may not be) she just picks songs she thinks are catchy and fun to work out to

Okay so I’m going to be tracking my 14 day experience
Day 1: I felt like I did pretty well all I need to do is work on my nutrition during the day but definitely felt good after I did this.

Keep going you are doing great,you can do this
You can restart your 14 day challenge any day - over and over again until, at some point you'll reach 3 or 4 days out of 14, then maybe 7/14... and eventually 14/14... It's all good. Be kind to yourself. There's no shame in restarting. I'd say just doing this intense little workout on occasion is a big win. Celebrate each and every one!

Done!😊 I have been doing chloe ting's 2 week challenge for three days now along with three other videos from Lilly,i will do this everyday for 14 days starting from tomorrow
Day 1:Morning - it was really intense especially when I did chloe ting's before this..going on to do the rest,I can do this
Evening -wohoo..Done✅I am trying to catch my breath,when she said it's gonna be intense she really meant it
Day 2:Morning-Done✅it was easier than it was yesterday
Evening -Apologies,I had a tiresome day 😑
Day 3:Morning-Done ✅ the level of intensity never depreciated for me but overall I feel great
Evening-Done✅,I wonder if it'd be better to rather do two sets instead of day and night,I don't think I'll know if I don't try so I will be doing two sets for the next two days,just to compare.
Day 4:I did a HIIT workout yesterday so I took a day off
Day 5 :Done✅did two sets as I said I would
Day 6 :current waist measurement:28 inches...still the same as when I started but my abs line are more visible now and my core strength has definitely improved,did two sets again and per my comparison,I'm gonna stick with two sets for the rest of the challenge
Day 7:✅Done..I did two sets,SEVEN days more to go💃

Results:I feel better than I used to and my abs line are more visible now,I think exercising is all about your mental and inner wellbeing,it doesn't necessarily have to be about your physical appearance...Goodluck to everyone trying this out!!It works!!💜

Day 1:✅️ did it.didn't feel much burn coz maybe i've been doing other ab workouts.
Day 2:✅️did it again. Felt more burn. Need to arch my lower back a lil less.
Day 3: ✅️yay! Day 3 done! A bit of burn, but the workout was over so soon?

Day 4:✅️ did it, even tho am at home
Day 5:✅️ arched the lower back again today. A bit more tired maybe due to calorie deficit

Day 13:✅️ i finally see a lil of the shape forming there, which is pretty cool. Touchwood🤞🏻hope I keep going.

My goals are: abs, maybe a flatter stomach and overall I want to feel stronger. c: I did Chloe Ting's 2 week abs workout challenge for a bit now and Lilly's lose belly fat in 7 days workout for 3 days now. This is my first day of this one! I'm gonna track my progress for 14 days.

I have lost a lot of weight and wanted to maintain that so do this twice a day, I struggle with time with a new baby and this workout is fun and feels effective everytime! Love it ❤

I finally did this workout without resting between the exercises!!!!
Been doing this 5 days a week for 4 weeks now and it seriously works! I had no visible ab lines before starting and now I do with this workout 5 days a week, pilates for 15-30 mins a day 5 days a week, Yoga 4 times a week, and a 30 minute walk a day! It takes a lot of work but it's super possible to change your life and see results quick! Good luck to everyone else on their own journeys🩷

Day 2 : Accidentally I got slight injury in my elbow so, I didn't do crtly but I did 1 set✅ 2 set ✅ (lil harder)
Day 3: 1 set ✅ (intense and I took only 1 break) 2 set ✅ (more burn and my abs are quite visible)
Day 4 : 1 set ✅ I feel so energetic and fresh and stomach feel flat & tight 2 set ✅ (lot of burn)

Day 1: Challenging! Loved it
Day 2: I feel like I can do this, getting kind of easier
Day 3: not feeling pan in the mornings from it now! I’ve improved in many exercises. Also, maybe I should’ve chugged tea then done this. I nearly threw up…

Day 1 ✅ : okay i really feel this workout worked and burned fat but my lower back hurts a lot 😵 i would do maybe this workout this afternoon again
Day 2 ✅ : i feel it easier this way but i still sweat so much 😅 keep motivated
Day 3 ✅ : it burn so much arghh but it’s easier for me to chain the exercices
