    Great workout. I flubbed a few times especially when transitioning sides each rep - I cant move like that! I was so sweaty by the end.
    If you guys are having trouble, scroll through the video and do a few reps of each movement first.

    You certainly CAN do it. It is worth it, especially when health is on the line. Some of the warm ups are tough, you're right!

    I have 2 small kids and wanted to get into better shape but a gym isnt practical for me. I found you guys and added you on facebook. I do the workouts you post daily. Im not going to lie. I huffed and puffed and took lots of breaks though a few of your workouts. Today I made it all the way through. Yay me! LOL Thanks guys!

    First time to put up a comment here actually. I just want to commend you guys on what your doing. You have helped a lot of people here, and am one of them. I am extremely obese, woke up one day and decided to turn my life around and want to be healthy. I have been working out everyday for a month now, stopped once because i was really sore. Nonetheless, very satisfied with all your videos! KUDOS to both of you! :)

    so I did this video, it didn;t strain my muscles but got i broke a nice sweat. Then rode my bike for 15 mins, it worked out pretty well...thanks for the videos, you guys are awesome!

    I did this workout yesterday, and my arms are so sore today! Wow, thanks for helping me to feel my triceps without having to use weights! I also like how I can combine the shorter videos together in different combinations each day for a different workout. Love the variety!

    I like it - good work-out ! A few quick tips that would maximize it:
    1. Try to pivot on the front leg when doing a jab
    2. Turn the hips in more, especially on the crosspunches (whether it's cross or uppercut)
    =more power and more use of obliques
    3. Start moving from the hips. Hips, shoulder, elbow, wrist
    4. "Duck" (or Bob/Bob'n'Weave), keep torso straight, don't bend forward, bending ruins your balance
    5. Pull your guard (back-hand) closer to face, shoulders up to cover face
    Again - good work !

    I started 3 weeks ago with this routine ... I was exhausted way before to finish .... Now I can do it faster than Daniel... In addition to other routines for butt and upper body I can only say... Thank you guys ...I already lost 6 pounds and I feel great..

    Tried kickboxing the first time ever.. It was so brutal and was out of breathe.. Got really tired in the last 5 mins! But I feel awesome after finishing it! 😀😀 my whole shirt is wet.. That's a good sign

      +norcalcu03 Try to keep your fist about a foot away from your face when you are uppercutting. It sounds really obvious but try to aim at an imaginary target (or a bag if you have one) instead of swinging at the air. :)

    i've been subscribed to the channel for about a week, but was too lazy to start any of the workouts. OMG this one killed me!! I was exhausted by the warm up! I love how you post diff videos, which ive me options and they're a reasonable length, I'm really trying to lose some weight and tone up a bit I'm sure doing a couple a week will deff help!     im so happy you made this videos, i dont like the gym and i rather do it at home, so since i found your videos i fell in love. i have done more than 10 en let me tell they have helped me to loose weight (12 pounds so far), they make my butty grow and round (its beautiful now hahaha) i see some definition in my abs and my back and my legs.     Good job, Fitness Blender! I understand you're not trying to teach people how to fight with this, so for what it is, its a great way for people to just cue up their TH-cam and follow along for 30min in their house and get some good exercise. Nice job! I also do Kickboxing at home, but I use a heavy bag (since I have a place to hang one).

    I LOVE this workout! I just did it and it's BY FAR my favorite cardio routine right now... I normally love strength and toning and hate cardio, but this was so much fun! I've tried running, jogging, elliptical, treadmill, and HIIT and i prefer HIIT better than the rest. Just because you do different things for short periods of time, as opposed to the other activities that make me really bored... So can you guys please do another kickboxing or martial arts inspired workout? It would be great :D

    So, I normally hate kickboxing or dance cardio workouts (I struggle with keeping up with the coreography and end up stopping), but, this was fantastic. The sequences were short and manageable, and I was able to follow along with only a little flubs. Overall, a GREAT cardio session. And on a side note, I really appreciate you guys doing all these videos. One of my favorite channels and I haven't been disappointed by any of your videos that I have done. Keep it up! :)

    You will probably be sore the first time you try it, which means you should take a break from it until the majority of the soreness resides, but 3-4x/week would be great once you are past the initial soreness.

    You guys are so very awesome. I have at least a couple dozen of workout tapes and I find myself watching you guys of TH-cam. I never enjoyed HIIT as much as I have following the both of you. I'm shy of 60 and I've done your 20 minute workouts as well as your 88 minute workouts. You guys kick my butt, but I love a hard workout. I do encourage you guys to some knee strengthening exercises or to add them in to some of your workouts. I just really love you kids : )

    Great routine! Thank you for posting; as I was just off a calf-injury and I had to 'go-into-this' slowly, just to ''monitor'' my calf-muscle. Took breaks when I needed to but great routine.

    It's perfect , no need to worry just bring it on :) . None the less your young heart can stand much higher bpms than a heart of some one older can .

    TIL that, if I ever need to defend myself, a high kick is not my strong point. I was barely lifting my feet off the ground by the end. Amazing workout!

    I'm so out of shape I almost passed out in the warm up but I'm going to do this every day and if it kills me I will finish and loose this muffin top

      Don't do it everyday alternate it with other exercises or else your body would get used to it and it won't make much difference.
