    I managed to do it without any pauses - so level 10 - but I don't think I did as many repetitions as you during the effort, so I'll try to push it more next time. Thanks a lot for your content and the motivation 👍🏻

    That was awesome, I’m so tired of my lockdown workout routine this was a great changeup for when I can’t get outside for a run. The only thing I wish this had was a short cool down stretch at the end.
    I’m gonna try the stretching routine next, as I’ve got really bad hips due to injury and can’t even kick comfortably at my waist level, or get my knee/hip open on my right kicks (it’s stuck internally pronated).

    I was just thinking about what workout i should do today morning and this popped up on my feed. Just finished the workout... the 100 kicks were the hardest for me, because it was unorthodox from what im used to. Thank you so much for this i was smiling right throughout the workout ! :) you are the man!

    Hey Gabriel, thank you so much for what you do on this channel. I have been training seriously (to fight) for about 8 years now, with a total of about 13 years training overall. My last fight was going on 2 years ago (March 2019) and before that i hadn't fought for 3 years (december 2015). I have dealt with a lot of life issues that have made me struggle to dedicate fully to fighting but last year i finally got a manager and decided i was going to fight all through 2020 and make my pro debut in 2021, then covid 19 happened. Its fair to say my dedication and motivation were seriously challenged and i had multiple highs and lows of training and breaks in training through 2020. I have been back at it with a full head of steam charging harder than ever the past few weeks and ive made a lot of life changes to help me stick with it. Your videos have been a huge motivation and help as i dont have a fight gym to train at where i live currently. Once i get out of the Navy this summer and move back home to Atlanta i will have a full team to train with once again and look forward to putting my pro-fight career into action after being an amatuer for 8 years lol. Thank you so much for videos like these to give me a motivating workout partner and a challenging routine to get me rolling back into shape. Best of luck in all your future endeavors and fights, you have gained a massive fan and supporter in me 🙏🏼 keep the videos coming!
    P.S. im 25, 5'7 155ish walker with two fights at 145 although i prefer to fight 135. so who knows, maybe one day i would have the privilege to create art with you in the ring!🙏🏼🔥💪🏽

    I am a new subscriber and I think your channel is one of the most interesting and helpful ones. In your intro you do an amazing spinning wheel kick and I would really like to learn it but most videos videos are just about how to do this kick, but not how you get there if you are not strong or flexible enough.     Sadly I had to stop at 38m I've strained both my anterior deltoids and these shoulder exercises are a little too much for them right now. Other than that though this was amazing I'll be doing this video three times a week from now on

    Hi Gabriel ! My name is Gabriel too aha. Thanks for the workouts !! Just a question, what is your Thoughts on Kyokushin Karate ? And what is your actual fight background ?

      I know a lot of good kickboxers come from a Kyokushin background so that makes it a good starting point for anyone. It gives you a strong foundation is very nice kicks.
      But it's not my favourite style just because I think the lack of head punches is an odd rule. If you were to do kyokushin and boxing that would be a nice combo.
      I started in karate and competed in point fighting and kata. I did that from 8-12 years old.
      I transitioned to tournament kickboxing from 13-17. I also did traditional karate during this time.
      I had my first ring fight at 20 now I'm over 40 kickboxing fights.
