    As I've grown with Fitness Blender, I've found that workouts I originally thought were easy aren't now. Because I put more effort into the reps and form than I used to. It's easy to just tell yourself you're "getting through it", but you're not getting even 50% out of your workout that way. This routine is exhausting, one of the best kickboxing ones out there. Love it!

    I usually find long cardio very exhausting, I mean mentally, like when is it over, common???!!! But this cardio kickboxing is fun, I don't even watch the time, and it feels like it is over in a blink of the eye, I am sweating like a pig but I had fun and I feel good! Definitely my favorite TH-cam channel!!!

    Finally getting a chance to be in my own room un disturbed, I was finally able to do this workout! My parents are overprotective of me, so I'm too scared to ask them to take me to martial arts classes. The truth is, I've been bullied when I was younger and felt physically and mentally weak through that traumatizing experience. I even had a past experience where I was almost raped by my teacher! Really messed up, but true. Those jabs, uppercuts, and elbows helped me get me off my insecurities. Thank you so much for this! Really feels good to have something that can get these struggles off my chest!

      Almost same story here. Dont mind the past, everyone has a traumatic story to tell and you would be amazed about how fucked up some people's lives were, but take care of yourself until you notice changes. Also you could try lifting more weights and building bigger muscles with any equipment (i used a round table that look pretty much like a barbell, about 25 kg, not heavy enough for me now but at that time it got me tired real quick)

    Great workout , whether you loose weight or not . The most important thing from doing exercises in my opinion is to increase your stamina, feel great about your self, decrease stress and stay healthy. Thanks for all people who make this video.

    This is one of FB's most challenging kickboxing routines. Need more of these! If you give every rep your all, you'll be toast when you're done. Love it!

    I take a cardio kickboxing class but couldn't go this weekend so I followed this workout. I must say I thin I got a better workout with this video then I ever got in the class. Thanks for putting this video together.

    When I previewed this video I convinced myself this couldn't be THAT hard. It is deceptive. I just finished and am dripping sweat. Literally. All over my floor. This workout is awesome!

    I actually have lost 50 lbs since beginning of the year with fitness blender kickboxing workouts, I know it is a lot and probably too much but I was at a really high weight so it fell easier. I had my blood tests done and they came great so all good I guess. Please, upload more kickboxing workouts, need a change pretty badly!

    no frills, absolutely excellent. the only work out video on the web with absolutely NO cheesiness factor. I love that i can play my own music and follow along. I have a 3 yr old so i never have the chance to go to the gym, this video is a great at home work out and ive totally been sore! love it!!

    My knees currently aren't used to high-impact sports like running for long periods of time... I overdid them on a 6K and I have to rest them for a while. However having found this video, this has cheered me up. Some of the kicks were difficult for my knees so I didn't do them at full intensity but my god do my arms and abs feel worked! Great stuff!

    I've done this routine half a dozen times by now, and it's still one of the tougher kickboxing workouts. That's why I love it! When I'm throwing punches and kicks, I want to sweat! If your limbs aren't spaghetti by the end, you're not trying hard enough. Need more kickboxing routines!

    At first, I was intimidated at kickboxing because I thought that it"ll be hard and it takes a lot of strength to do it. And when I did it for the first time ( few months ago). It was a lot of fun! And I didn't expected it! I felt like all of my stressed and anxiety was washed away when I did those jabs, uppercuts, hooks. In the end, I felt like a Champion!
    And I heard those satisfying words in the end....
    "This workout is complete"

    Circled back to this workout today when I was looking for a fun, calorie-burning sweat that didn't involve legs (yesterday took care of legs). Goes by quick. There aren't really any breaks, but I never felt in dire need of one either. Challenging, but not exhausting. One of my favorites!

    I did this work out yesterday and today I woke up so sore! My shoulders, arms, even my calves! It was my first time trying kickboxing but it won't be my last. Lots of fun!

    So this is one of my fav kickboxing workout. Daniel kills me everytime, i always try to keep up with him even if I am dying :))

    I absolutely love Fitness Blender's kickboxing routines. I have so much fun doing them and I always end up soaked up. I thought I'd die like 20 times, but at the end of the day doing a challenging routine is 10x cooler.

    OMG I'm sweating! I've been struggling to do HIIT and running due to a foot injury but with taking the jumping jacks out of the warm up (I did a low impact version) I was able to do this full work out with no pain (apart from normal level of pain of good cardio!) Thanks FB, this, strength, Pilates and Yoga are keeping up my fitness levels when I could easily be being a couch potato right now!

    Such a satisfying and hardcore workout! It's more fun to do the punches and I love that you throw in ab exercises too. I felt like dying 15 mins in but it felt great when I made it through till you said "the workout is complete".

    Started out like Rocky and ended like Pauly:) Great workout, but may I make a suggestion? When you do those complex combos, can you keep the title of the sequence in the upper left hand corner? I end up forgetting and start flailing my arms like a raging lunatic:)

    Hey,just wanted to thank you for this awesome workout!Started training last year at the beginning of November and lost 18kg(39,7 pounds) until now.I´m doing this training on a daily basis (if i get the time i do it twice a day and complement it with lifting (about 3 times a week).Got my life back on track with the help of this workout,feeling way healthier and better about myself as well as having a more positive attitude in general.     This is an awesome workout. I wore my HRM during this just to see how many calories I would burn, and in 40 minutes (I had to stop for a while =P), I burned 440 calories. My maximum heart rate was 180 and minimum was 150. I'm female, 23, 5'9, 139lbs, and honestly this is amazing. If you're sick of doing boring cardio and want to try something new definitely do this! Thank you fitnessblender :)

    i really hate my high school PE class (i can barely run for 12 seconds without giving up and i suck at team games). But honestly i’m so glad they showed me this video because i actually tried and felt like i accomplished something and i’m literally doing this aT HOME right now

    im thirteen years old and Im home schooled I always feel like I should be active but since im home all the time I have gotten lazy this video really changed my attitude about working out kick boxing is definitely something im gonna try in later years for now on im gonna be watching one of your vids thanks a lot I really enjoyed it and if I ever became some muscular person lol umm I will say its because of you that im here I usually sit around playing my Xbox one so now I know I have to get off my ass and get in shape thanks a lot again :)

    I focused on putting 100% power into each punch and kick, as if there was someone in front of me and I was fighting for my LIFE! I'll tell you, I am BEAT UP today. This workout is as effective as the effort you put into it. I haven't felt my back and lats so sore in a minute! Even my biceps! Keep everything as tight, controlled and powerful as possible and trust me, you'll feel the same

    I always come back to do this routine. I do this routine when I want to heavily sweat and feel completely exhausted at the end. I just love it❤

    When I started doing this, It was absolutely horrible, but after couple of weeks of yoga and FitnessBlender workouts especially HIIT workouts, I look different and I feel confident! Definitely recommend this!!

    I'd like to say a big thanks for your kickboxing workouts. I do them 2-3 times a week besides doing calisthenics. You workouts helped me to get rid of 7 kg and I'm fitter than ever before. I bought a boxing sack and I use with your trainings. Keep up sharing your videos and and thank you for helping me!!

    This is a great workout! As a black belt in Traditional Taekwondo who has been too busy to get to the dojang in a few months, this is a wonderful substitute for the kind of grueling workout that we regularly do. I am just in love with FitnessBlender!! I have been changing it up so much and having a great time with all the options you two offer.

    Drenched in sweat and my face was beat-red for several minutes after this workout. Judging from the slight soreness I have already, I will be remembering Fitness Blender tomorrow.
