Thank you for a short, but sweet workout. I really like how this progressed, first with simple moves, and second, by building upon the moves into 'rounds'. As a novice, I really appreciated the simplicity, easy to follow pace & getting the heart rate up in a compressed amount of time. I look forward to more workouts using your channel👍

this is mt 4th time doing this workout and i am getting better, my stamina has increased and my kicks are getting better, still struggeling with the lead kick, high kicks and the switch but i am working on it.
I just started kickboxing at home and this has really helped for my first day. I will continue practicing these combos for a while until I get really good at it. Thank you!
This workout was fun. as someone who is getting back into this, I miss this feeling. And I understand I’m a bit rusty and I need to put in some work. But I find this to be a bit much for a beginner or someone who’s getting back into it after a long time only because in the video you’re giving combos that are high in number so for instance, there is a combo that goes up to six combos. And going through rounds really quick introducing new combos so there’s no room for accuracy and good form. It’s all about just getting those combos in as quickly as you can. I think it’s a bad start for someone who is learning a true beginner or someone like me who’s getting back into it. But this is great for those who are experienced and do this more regularly who want a quick work in . But I don’t believe this is great for beginners. Over all still a good workout
