      @@LukainX hey uhh idk if u know abt this but I got a question like my friend is going kickboxing training (idk what it's called but a kurs basiclly) where he will have a trainer and alot of other kids yk and I feel like he will surpass me, I have a ball punching bag like it moves around when I hit it and I hit 3 times block and repeat 3 times but still I feel like this won't help me too much since my friend is gonna have a coach teaching him and he'll also fight other kids in the training but I wanna ask what they learn in kickboxing so thst I like learn the basics of it bcs I also wanna do thst and also I don't want my friend surpassing me so what could I do for him not to surpass me, and incase u respond by saying I shall go to a kurs too (training with a coach) I can't bcs my parents don't want me to so yeah just asking if u can help me surpass my frie d

    I’m training for Gaza we have to be strong and fit as moslims I’m a mother of 5 and I will do anything to protect my kids every time I get tiered I thing about the unfair treatment of the Palestinians and I find strength again thank you for putting your training on line 💪🏻

    Im a complete begginer, i had gloves cause I had pay for them for a class that I never went. But for the first time I was able to use them after 10 years and I felt like crying. But at the end I was so pumped up and the yoga helped me feel like I completed something. I know I still need to work on technique but I love this video. Thank you a lot for thus even though I know it was posted a couple of years ago.

    Everybody's saying how the workout reminded them of their own experience in kick boxing, while I'm just a random 14 year old who decided to kick box at home for no particular reason, but the workout was really great.
    Don't mind me dying because of pain under my ribs 🤣

    Thank you for a short, but sweet workout. I really like how this progressed, first with simple moves, and second, by building upon the moves into 'rounds'.
    As a novice, I really appreciated the simplicity, easy to follow pace & getting the heart rate up in a compressed amount of time.

      Kicks are with your shins, not feet. Try that, see if it helps.

    Every time I work out, it's always like it my first time because it takes all of my strength 💪 but I'm glad to do that

    I have FightCamp, love the bag but the trackers suck! I’ve had nothing but problems.

    This workout was fun. as someone who is getting back into this, I miss this feeling. And I understand I’m a bit rusty and I need to put in some work. But I find this to be a bit much for a beginner or someone who’s getting back into it after a long time only because in the video you’re giving combos that are high in number so for instance, there is a combo that goes up to six combos. And going through rounds really quick introducing new combos so there’s no room for accuracy and good form. It’s all about just getting those combos in as quickly as you can. I think it’s a bad start for someone who is learning a true beginner or someone like me who’s getting back into it.
    But this is great for those who are experienced and do this more regularly who want a quick work in . But I don’t believe this is great for beginners.
    Over all still a good workout
