This is the only type of physical movement that helped me improve my body awareness and achieve real results.

Wow. My body had no idea what you were talking about. My head did't lift at all, one hip pressed much more firmly into the floor, and so on. I think I'll be revisiting this.

I watched the video at lunchtime but I put it into practice before going to sleep, on the rug. my body was in good contact with the ground, including the back of my hands. then I noticed that the left side of my neck was tense, in contrast to the rest. but I managed to do the whole sequence and, after all, I woke up with my neck more relaxed. TY as always!

You bring so much awareness, at the end of the lesson I couldn't believe how deeply I was breathing!!!

Thank you for a lesson which really helped my forward head posture. I felt I was standing so much straighter and taller at the end of the lesson. Greetings from Melbourne Australia

I love this lesson and lying on my belly. It feels so relaxing. Except it always strains my neck turning either left ot right.

Try to turn earlier, more often? Or don’t turn your head so far? What else could help?

More awareness and movement in my back, and it's not as painful rolling and sitting up, after this session (usually it's very painful to roll over and sit up). I notice how my body parts don't seem to work together so well to help each other move, the suggestions definitely help to create the spark of that connection. I like the moment where you suggest a self exploration of what would you like to do, how would you like to move, I found myself wanting to explore.
Was a bit too uncomfortable to lay on my front for so long since I'm lactating, will have to revisit in the future. 😅

      Thanks so much ☺️
I have to add to my previous comment that I did this movement session two days ago and WOW I feel better and better each day since - I couldn't roll over in bed from pain in my mid back and now I'm laying down in bed just for the fun of moving pain free. It's a complete transformation! Months of pain to barely no pain after this session of 30 minutes of laying and paying attention to subtle movements. It's magic!
      Thank you thank you!!

I loved this, my body feels so much lighter, it was not difficult to follow the exploring, to feel the different parts merging into the movements. But, pushing my 'chest' into the floor inevitably brings pressure on delicate breast tissue so that is where I feel the pressure foremost. Slightly confusing me, but it would be good for you to address something to women doing this lesson. Looking forward to the following class

After almost 4 years in a city with no nature I finally returned for a holiday to Austria (July 2023, one month after the radical Austrian government dropped all C. aggressions). The first time walking barefoot on the side of the lake was almost impossible, my foot just couldn’t handle the cobble stones. It was a non-issue before. Now I have 2 weeks to play with walking barefoot, get used to it again. And it’s lovely, wonderful. Hope you can have a similar improvement!

wish if you could please name the muscles you are working on and its relation to the movement. thank you

We’re not working on muscles. Similar to the computer: If you use Microsoft Word you’re not working on Microsoft Word, but on the thing you want to write/say. If you you’re looking for a button or menu item (the muscle), look it up on Wikipedia or OpenAI. But the important thing here is not the muscle, but what you want to do and how you do it. Or exclamation mark! Good question btw 🙏 Happy rolling
