The awareness somatic movements brought quite a surprise with them for me. We know no movement can be done without involving the whole body, but like the difference between having the taste of an apple described and the actual tasting of an apple, those simple movements were really like "tasting the apple", surprised how many muscles were involved and in the same time how many I probably inhibited while using my legs!!. Thanks(again) Alfons!
