Anyone who had had a fracture is considered high risk and the recommendation is that you seek guidance form an exercise or rehab professional who is trained in osteoporosis exercise to guide you on starting an exercise program. There are many ways to include impact type exercise but it should be started slowly and progressed slowly. Whether jumping is included for someone who had had a prior fracture depends on many factors that are assessed for each individual, not as general rules.
