Unfortunately this didn’t fix my problem. When the hose is connected to the probe it doesn’t suck up the water. But if I put the hose directly in the water it works. My problem seems to be with the probe itself. Guess I’m calling customer service tomorrow.

Holy shit bro... I messed with mine for 3 days and I couldn’t get the hose out of the probe to test (worried I’d break it) that so I was at a loss. My magic thumb did what you said and voila! Fixed. You’re a God-send. LOL
This also fixed it for me. After spending a little over an hour trying to troubleshoot and find fixes for whatever was causing mine (Brio CLBL420) to not work, it was.... Simply this. Angry but also extremely happy. Thank you.

Nice simple fix but it didn't work for me. I can't be sure I pushed the right part, wish you had put some light on the area of interest to show what you pressed.
Hey Robert. The part that did it for me was tightening where the water line connects to the pump. If that doesn't work, I dont know what to tell you as I'm kind of a one trick pony with fixing this water cooler. Maybe make sure all your hoses are connected tightly. If any of the hoses come loose over time the pump runs but nothing flows up into the cooler compartment.
I felt it but sadly didn't work. I didn't know you had to clean until I watched the video and did it correctly to remove every piece even the probe head but now no more suction? Maybe the hwd provided pressure?
