What was your issue? And did replacing the pump resolve your issue? There is water in our 5 gallon container but no water comes out and the light is blinking as if the container is empty. I've tried calling the number but I get disconnected right away or on hold for 30 minutes and get disconnected.

Why does it take one week from time of emailing to generate a ticket/call back just to process a replacement part over the phone? You should drink water every day especially in the summer. cant this process be automated?

I am holding a brand new pump in my hands but I do not see the part number printed on it. Model number is 10800002XX. Other markings 12V DC .75A Electrotemp Technologies China, Inc. I hope this helps.

Always good to know it can be fixed, just a heads up most Costco products have lifetime warranty. Just take it back and replace for a new one. 👍
