    this is so helpful!! the way you describe how working out helps your mind makes me want to actually use that as a coping skill when typically I just lay in my bed if depressed or crying or even panicked. it literally prevents future panic you're so right

      Tbh working out helps me more with anxiety than it does weightloss lol it's SO good for anxiety
